I didn't expect it to be peaches and cream talking to chenn, but she really mad e it worse than it had to be. I'm not giving up though. I'm going to her home.

I walked out the door to my taxi and gave him the address to where I want to go. He dropped me off and I paid.

I knocked on her door brushing my hair and making sure I look good. Even though I do all the time.

It's freaking 11 o'clock at night, who the h*ll at my door this late. I got out my bed and went downstairs to the door. I opened it to see who was there and I seen none other than Jackie.

She's like a stalker because why did you come here. What made her think coming heee would change my mind.

"oh my gosh Jacqueline why are you here?" I said rolling my eyes and stressed out all at the same time.

"I told you . You're mine and imma get you back." She said standing in my d*mn door.

"there's no us. I'm not yours. Lay that theory to rest." I said trying to slam my door.

"If you slam this door in my face I won't have anywhere to go. I took a taxi here." She said stopping me from closing the door.

"come in, I guess. Only because I don't want you to have to walk back and then go end up going missing don't think it's because I want you." I said letting her in.

When Chennedy let me in, I knew that this was my chance. I know it's gonna take a h*ll of a job to convince her.

"look. I came here because I care chennedy." I said moving my hair out of my face.

"you don't understand what I'm telling you Jackie." I said slowing my words.

"I do understand and I'm sorry okay, I'm f*cking sorry Chennedy. I want you. I want us. I was hanging out with friends and they left." Jackie said reasoning.

"so then why didn't you leave too?" She asked me interrogating me.

"because I didn't wanna be rude. And then they left him so I was his ride because he wanted to finish the movie." I said being honest.

"Chennedy I want you. I'm sorry if I hurt you on your feelings. The silent cutoff was felt. And I know you don't want to talk to me because it only just brings back what happened."

"If I give you another chance. No bullsh*t Jackie. This the last straw and it's not finna be all peaches and cream. You finna have to work for me." I heard Chennedy say and that made me happy because I really do want another chance with her.

"and I'll do that mamas." I said.

I can tell she really wants me and she wants this to work. And I want this to work but I need to know that she doesn't want anyone else as well.

I know people may say that I'm doing too much but I don't think I am because sometimes you just hurt. Even though she's gay now that still doesn't mean anything.

Maybe I was a little too harsh on the silent cutoff but at the time I just didn't want to hear what she had to say. She's made reason and she caught a taxi to talk so I guess I can't be too harsh.

"why did you have to silently cut me off though. No warning or nun." She said laughing.

"because I was too hurt." I said looking at my fingers.

"and that's fine but one thing we're gonna have to work on is communication baby, if we were dating and you just silently cut me off, how bad would that be?" She asked me lifting up my head by a light tap on my chin.

"terrible. But I know not to block you if we are actually together. But since we weren't, I just didn't know how tot take it. I just thought I'd never speak to you again." I said making eye contact.

"communication is key." She said holding it.

"gimme a kiss." She said puckering up.

"f*ck no. You gone work for that kiss. I told you ain't sh*t sweet." I said pushing her out the way. Lord knows I want to kiss her but she needs to be taught a lesson.

Me and Chennedy did talk it out. I'm so glad she's giving me chance number 2 and my very last chance but it's okay because that's all I need.

I know she's really gonna challenge me to see how bad I want her and I'm not letting up. I promise.

"I gotta work for a kiss bae?" I said softly. My soft voice always makes her give in.

"yes, and stop that because you know how I am about that voice." She said with rasp in hers.

"Chennedy kiss meeee." I said being whiny.

"noooo. I have to teach you a lesson." She said booping my nose.

"You are so cringy." I said laughing.

We talked more and sort of cuddled I know she's gone make me wait before we can fully cuddle so I didn't even go for it.

My patience is actually really thin because I was just born like that but for her I'll wait. Especially knowing I'm the reason everything is held up now.

This is a rather short chapter because what else could have happened at 11? Nothing right? Anyways. Jackie slithering like a serpent back into chennedy's life. 🥹🌚
