  It had been at least two weeks since everything with Hyunjin and Yuqi was a little worried.

  There was a change in Felix she had to admit, she wasn't sure if it was good or bad though.

   Felix was smiling a lot, every time she saw the younger he had the brightest smile she had ever seen, and she was happy. However, there was a small part of her that was worried, because Felix would be gone for days at a time and it just didn’t sit right with her.

    “So, what are you doing over break?” Yuqi asked.

  Felix hummed, “Well, I am going out to New York with Micah, what about you?”

   Yuqi blanked for a moment, “Going to visit my parents in Chicago. You’re going to New York with Micah? Figured you stay and hang out with your sister since it is christmas and all,”

   “I was, but Micah and I have some stuff to do in NY, so we figure now is the best chance,”  Felix explained.

  “And this was completely your idea, right? I mean Micah didn’t, you know, pressure you or anything?”

  Felix’s brows drew together, why would Yuqi ask that?

      “It was my idea,”

  The redhead nodded, “I guess I just wanted to make sure especially after that call from Yeji,”

   Felix looked down at his journal. That call from Yeji made Felix question a lot of things. But he talked it over with Micah, who did admit that he had a bit of a bad temper but he was working on it and Felix believed that.

  “He’s working on it, Yuqi… He even said he’d call Jamie soon to talk it over soon,”

    Yuqi pursed her lips, she still felt so uneasy.

  “Lix, I know you probably don't want to hear this, especially not from me, but… maybe you shouldn't spend two weeks alone with him.

  Especially not in a place you have no connections in. If things go bad you have no place to go to and no one to call who can come get you easily,”

   “You're right, I don't want to hear that, especially not from you who knows that Micah would never hurt me,” Felix stated.

   Yuqi sat up properly, her face was practically stone with how serious she was.

  “Do I know, Felix? I thought that Micah was a good guy who Jamie didn't deserve, then I found out who Micah truly was. Something he admitted to.

  We don't know who Micah really is. Maybe, in some way Hyunjin is right that in some capacity I am a bad friend for not speaking up sooner. I am saying this now, I don't think staying alone with him for two weeks is safe,”

  Felix blinked a few times.

   Hyunjin…

  “Whoa, whoa, when did you talk to Hyunjin about this and why would you? He has no concern in this. Just because I slept with him does not mean he becomes privy to everything to do with me,”

    “He is concerned for you. He was there when Yeji called Jamie. He overheard the call and he was worried so he came here. We got into an argument and stuff happened,”

   Felix closed his journal.

  “I am going to Micah's. I will see you after break,”

   Yuqi held Felix's hand.

  “Felix, I am telling you this because I care for you. Micah is not safe and I should have said it sooner, but I was scared that you'd be upset and what happened four years ago would happen again,”

  Felix pulled his hand away.

  “Congratulations, you were right, except this time it is of my own volition,” he said.

   Yuqi's heart broke as Felix left.

  Maybe, it was a heat of the moment thing or maybe it wasn't, either way it rattle Yuqi to her core.

    They had petty fights before, they were best friends, what best friend didn't argue from time to time.

   However, they had never truly had an argument like this.

This one that very much could have broken their friendship for good.
