“I think I am going to stay in the car,”

   “Are you sure?”

Felix nodded, “I'm tired and I didn't get much sleep last night, so I am going to try to sleep while we are stopped,”

Yuqi nodded and squeezed Felix's hand.

The older left the car leaving Felix alone.

All he needed was a few minutes of sleep… however it seemed like that was going to be impossible, given by the knock on the window.

The blond looked out the window. Hyunjin was standing there almost looking nervous.

    Sighing, he opened the door.

   “I'm sorry,” Hyunjin said.

“You're sorry? You are sorry?” Felix questioned with a laugh.

  Hyunjin's brows drew together, “Yes?”

“I'm sorry too. I am sorry that I actually thought you were more than some frat boy player,”

    That hurt.

“I am sorry, I shouldn't have said that,”  Hyunjin said.

   “Were you drunk?” Felix questioned.

“No,”

“Were you under the influence of anything?”

   “No,”

“Then you were consciously aware at that time that what you were saying was not right and you should not have said it,” Felix stated.

   “Angel…” Hyunjin said softly.

“You know, I should be at least a little upset at Silas for posting that, because he is just getting back at me for ruining his engagement to someone he doesn't deserve and rejecting him, but right now I'm not.

I'm too hurt and upset at you, because I thought you were a good guy. Of course, I heard rumours about you, but I still wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt even then.

Only to come to find out you just thought I was easy, because of one thing I said to you about when I was in high school,” Felix said.

“Felix, please believe me when I tell you that I didn't mean it. It was stupid frat talk that we all took part in,”

“But it was still said and it still hurt. Yes, at the time we barely knew each other, but to find out someone who you trusted… and thought was different from every douchebag of a guy you've dated, said that about you, hurts a lot,”

Hyunjin pressed his lips together tightly, “What can I do to make this better?”

“I just need a little time to think it over,” Felix told him softly.

The older nodded and stepped away from the door, “Then I will give you whatever time you need,” Hyunjin said.

Felix gave a small nod and closed the door.

He didn't want to push Hyunjin away. That was the last thing he wanted, but he also didn't want to accept the apology so quickly, not without figuring out what he felt first.

He just needed to know what he actually felt before he did anything.
