"What do you want exactly from me after knowing the truth?" Mingyu leaned at his computer desk, glaring at his friends scattered around his room.

Dino, who seemed fidgety, sat on the carpet with Wonwoo. Minghao, Joshua, and Jun were on Mingyu's bed, not daring to look back at the taller. Seungcheol leaned against the wall beside Mingyu's bed, arms folded, scrutinizing the room's owner as if he were the suspect in this situation.

"How long exactly, Gyu? You and Seungkwan?" Seungcheol asked.

Mingyu sighed. "About... two weeks."

"So, when you and Seungkwan made a plan to get Jeonghan and me to meet, you two were already a couple?" Seungcheol asked again, his brow furrowed.

"Y—yes," Mingyu answered. "Just don't ask for the details. It just... happened."

"Hyung, stop this interrogation, please," Wonwoo chimed in. "It's not Mingyu's or Seungkwan's fault. They just became a couple, they didn't kill anyone."

Seungcheol turned to the bespectacled boy. "But he hurt Vernon's feelings—"

"BUT I HAVE FEELINGS TOO, HYUNG!" Mingyu couldn't hold back his anger. "And it's mutual with Seungkwan! Just because Vernon is your cousin doesn't mean you should defend him—"

"Vernon's feelings were mutual with Seungkwan's before you came along!" Seungcheol growled. "Don't tell me you didn't know they liked each other before because we all did!"

Mingyu sneered. "I know this isn't just about me being with Seungkwan. You're angry too because I ended up with Seungkwan while you, after hanging for weeks, just broke up with Jeonghan hyung. Seungkwan told me."

"WHAT?!" all their friends shouted in shock. They really didn't know anything about it.

Wonwoo immediately stood up and held Seungcheol back as the older boy tried to lunge at Mingyu angrily. Mingyu looked at Seungcheol in horror, thinking his hyung might actually punch him over this. Everyone held their breath, scared there would be an actual fight.

"Hyung, don't. Please calm down," Wonwoo said, trying to soothe him. "You're better than this. We are all friends. Don't make this more complicated." He turned to Mingyu and glared. "That's enough. You've gone too far."

Mingyu looked down, realizing his mistake.

Joshua stepped in front of Seungcheol as well. "Cheol, come on, sit down. I know you're angry, and so is Mingyu. But this isn't something worth fighting over. Calm down. We just need to talk and be honest with each other." Joshua tugged Seungcheol's hand, "Come on."
