Thorny Beginnings

Monday arrived faster than expected as we all spent our Sunday studying ahead and harder then before to prepare ourselves for a rough recovery of Class D. Still it all depended on what the answer will be from the students in our class as it's pointless to just rely on a set few if we want to reach the top.

I walked into class a little earlier than usual as I wanted to monitor the class environment for a little while to see where we stand.

A few people turned their heads to look at me with anticipation as to what I would say but were turned away disappointed as I continued to silently observe.

"Yo Kiyopon!" Haruka and Akito arrived in the class with Haruka immediately coming towards me to talk.

"Yo Ayanokoji."

"Morning Haruka, Akito."

"Is that lame way any way to greet your friends in the morning Kiyopon?" Well how is someone supposed to be energetic in the morning? Not all of us possess Haruka level energy at all times you know?

"What do you expect from me in the morning Haruka?"

"Since it's morning I'll give you a pass for now I guess."

"I'm eternally grateful." I replied back in a sarcastic manner.

"Yo you three how's it hanging?" Sudo came towards my desk looking just as energetic if not more than Haruka.

"Seriously where do you monsters get this energy in the morning?"

"Nothing much Sudo what about you?"

"We're just bothering Ayanokoji right now so nothing much ken-chan~"

"I told you to stop with that girly nickname Haruka!"

"Oh my is Ken chan in a bad mood this morning?"

"You litt-.... Anyways I just came back from basketball practice so I'm super pumped right now."

"I gotta say Sudo it seems like you have infinite stamina sometimes you know."

"I agree it really does feel that way." I'm astonished at Sudo's large pool of stamina that he possesses, it seems like nothing can ever tire him out.

"Hahaaa does it really seem that way to you guys? Sure I get tired too but I always love to push ahead regardless you know!"

"What a monster."

"You say something blue haired monkey?"

"How mean Ken chan~ are you on your periods or something?"

"WHY YO-

"Morning everyone." Hirata and Horikita along with Keisei and the rest of our study group came towards my desk which somehow became the hangout spot of our group.

We all talked briefly afterwards before the beginning of class but then went to our seats in order to start talking about today's most important matter.

Before long the rest of the class began to come in and our class eventually had full attendance. Seeing the opportunity Hirata and Horikita took center stage to address everyone in the class.

"As you all know today we must decide if we're on board with Ayanokoji's plan or not so I would like to open the floor to anyone who would like to voice any concerns or questions before we begin the voting."

Silence filled the class as no one spoke up after Hirata's announcement.

"I'll take that silence as each of your response I suppose. Now let's begin."
