JIRO

"GEEZ," I stretched my back as I look at the laptop in front of me. I am finally done with editing our film. I yawned as I saved it to files and send it to Thadz.

Maliligo na sana ako when I heard a knock. When I opened it, I saw Jade.

"Pinapababa tayong lahat ni Thadz."

Umiling ako, "sabihin mo maliligo muna ako." I yawned again and closed the door. Mabilisan lang din ang ligo ko. When I went downstairs, nakita ko ang salubong na kilay ni Thadz.

"VIP yarn?"

I just rolled my eyes at him. Maski si Drix ay masama ang tingin sa akin. What's the problem na naman ba? As if I don't have the rights to wash myself with that announcement of his. Hindi na nga ako nanumbat ng bayad kahit kanda hirap ako diyan.

I just need my team to be Thadz' priority. Ayokong mapunta sa wala ang rason kung bakit sila nandito.

As I was seated at the front sofa, I can saw Sanya drinking her own drink. She was focused on the TV screen when it's not even starting.

I also looked at the screen when it opened. We all look at Thadz who clears his throat.

"So, unahin natin ang kila Jiro." I just shrugged my shoulders and waited for him to finish setting up the screen.

At the first scene, it was just Drix. Writing in his bed something. 

"Drix, kumain ka muna!" That was Katherine's voice outside the room. Even how loud her voice was, Drix still ignored Katherine, her aunt in the scene.

Drix looks unbothered in the screen. He looks in so much confusion. Then the camera was zoomed in the paper which have his writing.

'Why did you leave?'

From my peripheral vision, I can saw how Sanya stiffened at her sit while watching. Then, she shook her head.

Then, scenes after scenes of Drix looking so depressive, Jade came into the scene. Jade's role was Katherine's daughter.

"Insan! You should check this out!" It was as if, kino-convince si Drix na lumabas sa lungga niya. "A new game just came out!"

Then Drix' face held so much irritation. Nagtawanan tuloy ang magkakaibigang nanonood. I saw Jade mocks Drix' expression.

"You should forgive, it must be so difficult for her also." I sighed while Jade said that script. "Drix, you have us here, while her? Sinong kasama niya? She's just alone."

A bond of a family, that's what Drix got while talking to Jade. It is a form of love I didn't experience. A love from relative. Napatingin na naman ako kay Sanya, she's now looking at her feet. It must have been so nice feeling her love again, but that's impossible now.

Lei's scene came. She was Drix' ex-lover, the one who left him. At the end, Drix just have his platonic love come from his own relative. He finally learned how to smile again. From his selfish and stubborn aura, he became a selfless person who have learned everything. Forgiveness, peace, space, and love.

Thadz slowly clapped; that's when I realized that our film has already finished being watched.

"Good job, guys." He walked in front and looked at me. He smiled, "you really never disappoints me."
