26. How to Almost Die (and ruin everyones afternoon)

it keeps you hooked, but it probably doesn't help when I don't post and leave you hanging for weeks, so that's my bad...

The Grim Reaper must have it out for me, because in the past month I've been tortured, nearly beaten to death, and now I'm about to drown.

My last words?

Play 'Born To Die' by Lana Del Ray at my funeral.

If I'm going out, I'm going out the best way possible, not the depressing way.

Although, I do have to admit, this is rather depressing.

Dying in my own pool, surrounded by more than 100 people who are just standing and watching.

I've really been fucked in the ass by the fates on this one.

Tortured to death? Been there done that, can do.

Shot? Great, new accessory ideas, but drowning?

Now, that one really sucks.

Watching the light above the water get further away as you sink deeper and deeper, not to mention running out of air and choking for as long as three minutes until everything goes black.

That is depressing, and I'm only on minute one.

I try to use my arms to propel myself up through the water, but my arms become useless, just becoming more weight and dragging me down further.

I try to use my legs to push against the bottom of the pool, but sadly they were able to afford what had to be a ten metre deep pool, and I had to be only 5 metres deep.

Panic begins to set in, and I try to scream for help.

Bad idea.

All the air I had salvaged was now mixed with the water that was flowing into my mouth and down my throat, causing me to choke.

This would bring me to minute three early.

I cough on the water, which was now filling my nose, ears and mouth, and I thrash around, desperate for air.

No luck.

I sink deeper, and I slowly lose hope.

This is it.

I can't believe I'm going out with my last words as, "Do your worst, you pathetic piece of shit." And then proceeding to get pushed into a pool and drowning.

That's just sad.

I cough once again, which doesn't do anything, and my limbs go numb as I finally hit the bottom.

I try to move, to kick up, but I lay flat on the floor of the pool as I watch the water move above and around me.

Black spots begin to cloud my vision.
