Lady Aloria's Viewpoint:
"I had to think AND fast!"
And then it came to me. I remembered that time when I was having a little chat with Tina'e over by that ledge. The window looked like it was still open. "I've GOT IT!"
"Seems like your running-out of options." I've wasted enough time," Elijah said as he slowly closed in on me.
I quickly made a run for it. And once I got on the ledge, I immediately jumped- off.
"WOAH!"
With just one wrong step, in a matter of seconds, I could've plunged into my doom. Luckily, thanks to Tina'e, I kinda got used to the whole-heights thing. I sure hope that she's alright.
Next thing I knew, I spotted him, there, across me. I was able to make it effortlessly to the other side, but it looked like he was able to do so as well. With a huge devious smile on his face, he said:
"Shall we sis?"
I knew it was coming to this. But I didn't want to hurt Elijah. He's Tina'e's brother after all.
"STAY AWAY NATHAS!!! YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO THIS."
"Oh, but we have to. We wouldn't want me to kill Elijah now, would we?"
I'm sorry Tina'e...
-----------------------------
I took my first swing, but it immediately got blocked. I tried and tried again, but got the same results. This time, I tried aiming for the dagger on his hand, but it was no use. Elijah just constantly kept waving his arms around. And because it was to dark out, the knife, unfotunately, scraped a part off of my cheek and arm.
"Ack!" I slowly felt the blood coming out. He was strong indeed. But I knew that I had to be stronger, for my family, for my friends, for myself.
I reciprocated by instantly sweeping him off his feet. With a loud thud, he was off his guard. The knife he was holding a second ago, was now hurdling three hundred feet down below. Into the waterfall it went. Some say that, once you get in, there's no guarantee your coming back out. A one way ticket to hell it seems.
"AGHHHHHHHH!!!! HA-ha-ha, it looks like you're enjoying this way too much Aloria. But I think we all know how this ends. Me winning, you dying, I taking the girl, basically me killing everyone you know and hold dear. And maybe if I have the time, burn this place to the ground...
How does that make YOU feel?!?!" He snickered with a hiss in every word.
I was slowly loosing consciousness. Too much blood has already rushed out my body. It was hard for me to tell if I was even moving towards him or him to me. Nevertheless, I had to stop all of that from happening.
"I-I- know one thing's for certain, aaugh...
AS LONG AS I'M AROUND, YOU'LL NEVER HAVE THE THRONE!!!!And then, I noticed something rather odd with him. Elijah was now gritting his teeth. His hands were on his head as if something or someone was crushing it. He began screaming in pain and twitching uncontrollably. But what really caught my attention was the smoke coming from behind his back. Crooked lines began to form from his neck down to his arms.
For a moment, I've come to realize that... the real Elijah...
... was coming back!
"AHHHHHH!!!! STOP I-t!!! I-i-I do-n-T wa-nt to HURT an-b-oD-Y, AN-y-MOre!!!" AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
