Dalereno's Viewpoint:
And with the wave of his hand, his sword pierced my side.
I was glad that Derek was still alive. That was all I ever wanted from the beginning, to protect the one's I cared about the most. I promised him that I would take care of Aloria, but I couldn't. And now that she has returned to us, I can finally rest in peace, rest assure that she's safe and sound with my nephew.
And as soon as my body hit the ground with a loud thud, a silhouette of man came into my view.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"You're a FOOL Dalereno, I know that you'd keep your word, but that doesn't mean you have to give up so soon! I don't want you to end up like me... the one who was WEAK and PATHETIC! You're way stronger that I'd hope you'd be..."
"Oh Mynu, how the Lady and Derek have missed you so! I'm sorry but, I HAVEN'T kept my word...
Because of my ignorance, these events have unfolded so quickly that I couldn't even comprehend what had happen from the beginning. Because of my negligence, I was never there for them both... Because of my kingly duties, I have failed you and because of my lack of love... I will soon loose them both... I don't deserve this duty, I don't deserve to be KING..."
"You've known me too well, my old friend. But believe me when I say that the humble nature you show to me now, we'll surely pay off in the end. They NEED you Dalereno and they most certainly love you. Please don't let their love go to waste. GO back and RISE up to the tasks! You SHALL succeed! And remember, a good King will only reign if he seeks the assistance of others. I have faith in you, brethren-in-law... Don't ever BACK DOWN!"
"Wait! Mynu, I can't do this without your guidance, please HELP ME!!!""Wake-up Dale, wake-up and see..."
The shade began to slowly disappear into thin air repeating the phrase:
"Wake-up, wake-up, wake-up..."And with a quick flash, the specter vanished.
Whatever the reason, I WILL NEVER GIVE-IN. They are my family. They do need me, but I need them more. I have to do everything in my power to keep them safe. The only question is, is if I'll ever have the chance to. As my vision began to clear, I was awaken by the sound of a very faint voice:"My King! MY KING! MY KING!!! PLEASE WAKE-UP!!!!" The panicking physician continually chanted.
I was very weak. Maybe I've lost a lot of blood, but who knows. The only word that I could muster, though, was:
"A-a-l-lll-o-r-ii-a-a..."
"OH THANK SOL YOU'RE ALIVE!!! She's- she's resting in the hall- my liege..."
And with those exact words, I was as happy as I'll ever be.
Argoeux's Viewpoint:
I'M SO OVERJOYED TO SEE HER BACK AND ALIVE AGAIN, but what ruined it all was the fact that her VERY OWN SON attempted to get rid of her once more. And I thought it was my fault. If I didn't stop him, I guess it would be.
"DEREK, LET GO OF YOUR MOTHER THIS INSTANT!!"
And as I forcefully removed the lady from his grasp, Derek's sword made its way straight to the King's side. It pierced his first layer of ribs for the sound was unmistakeable; the clash of bone to metal was undeniably distinct.
