Vroom Vroom?

You had woken up early today for a reason you hadn't told the boys. It was about seven in the morning, and you got ready and did a small amount of makeup. Something light so the people you see can take a look at you and think you actually cared about your appearance. Despite it being early, the summer sun was quickly warming up the air

You and your mom left the house at 7:30 and drove to the DMV. You had been practicing and studying for your drivers permit, and you were positive you were going to pass. You stepped out of the car when your mom parked and entered the building with her. It took a couple of minutes to get checked in, and you waited in line for a bit to take the test.

Your turn was up, and you put in your information on the slow ass computer. The test began, and you started answering questions with ease. It was light work. For sure, there would be no problems, and it would be an easy pass.

It was about ten in the morning when you entered through the doors of your house. All the boys were awake and called for you from the living room.

"Hey!" Alex called as he sat up from the couch, "Where were you?"

"I'll tell you later," You put a finger to your lips and rushed upstairs. Just as quick as you went upstairs, you went back downstairs and ran out the door without explanation.

This caught the boys' attention, and all looked at each other.

Matt paused the movie, "Should we go after her to see what she's doing?"

"Nah," Jamie took the control from him and pressed continue, "She'll be fine. Probably going for a walk."

You walked along the sidewalk as you had a certain destination in mind. The walk to your friend's house wasn't that far. It was actually a five minute walking distance. You stepped over tiny holes as you walked into her neighborhood. You made it over to her house and walked up the stairs.

You knocked on the door, alerting her of your arrival, "Gissi! Open up! I have news to tell you!"

She opened the door, "What?"

"...did you just wake up?"

"Yes," she rolled her eyes and opened the door so you could enter. "What do you want?"

"I got my drivers permit!" You waited to see how she would react.

This seemed to wake her up. She shook your shoulder, "Really!? Girl, you know what this means!?"

"We can do illegal stuff!!" You two yelled at the same time. "EEE!!"

Gissi dragged you to her front door, "Tonight, get the old car in your backyard and pull up at the rundown Walmart." She opened the door and pushed you out, "I'll tell the others, work on that car if it needs last-minute repairs!"

You almost fell flat on your face, but you caught at the last second, "I will!" You were excited about the plans for the night and ended up running back to your house. You didn't bother entering through the door and jumped on the wall that divides your neighbors house and yours and entered your backyard.
