Jan POV

I'm starting to have feelings dammit! For all girls in the world why does it have to be the Mariana Tryanne Flord?! The most cold hearted, quiet, weird and mysterious girl in the world! Yes, she's hella beautiful, smart and kind to her family but she's not on others. She's freaking cold hearted!

"Alright class dismissed." The teacher said. It was dismissal. Finally. I picked up my stuff and walked outside the school to see my car. I hopped inside and saw Mari step inside her car right next to mine.

"MARIANA!!" I heard a familiar voice scream. I saw Dwayne running towards her. WHAT IS HE DOING?!

"What do you want?" Mari asked coldly.

"You're my cousin! And mom told me that we're going to have dinner and are inviting you guys to our house." Dwayne answered with a smile.

"K. I'll let my mother text auntie." Mari said.

"Mind if I let someone come too?" He suggested. Mari shook her head coldly and drove off with her black Ford Explorer.

Knock knock.

I rolled my window to see Dwayne smiling.

"My house 7pm sharp. Dinner with Flord's." He smiled and left. I rolled my eyes and drove off with my black Range Rover.

"Mom! Dwayne's going to have dinner at his house. We're eating there!" I said as I opened the master's bedroom.

"Sure!" My mother sweetly smiled. I went inside my room to fix myself. I changed into a blue, long sleeve polo and black pants. I fixed my hair and wore my gray shoes. I made sure I smelled good.

6:50pm. My family and I walked outside the house, greeted by maids.
We went straight to Dwayne's house.

"Hey!" Dwayne greeted while he opened the door. His mansion was big, considering his family is the 7th most rich family in the state.

"Everyone here?" Father asked. Dwayne nodded and playfully smirked at me. We both went to the dinning room to be greeted with warm smiles. Except for a girl with a black dress who just gave me a cold stare. Mariana.

"Great, everyone's here!" I heard auntie Jamie, Dwayne's mother, clapped. I sat infront of Mariana with Dwayne on my right and my little sister, Jannahia. Mari was sitting between two older looking boys and one younger boy on the edge of the table in front of Dwayne's little brother, Derrick. "Okay, let's introduce our new friends over here.." Aunt Jamie started. "This is Miraella Quin Flord. You kids can call her aunt Mira." She said pointing to a very beautiful, fair skinned lady with long black waves. It seems like my parents already know her. "This is Mikoto Train Flord. Call him Miko. He's 27 years old." She said pointing to a guy right to Mariana. "This is Merlyon Lourd Flord. He's 24. Call him Merl." She said pointing to the guy left to Mariana. "This is Marcelo Guins Flord. Call him Marce. He's 7." She said pointing to the youngest. "And this beautiful only daughter here, Mariana Tryanne Flord. Call her Mari. She's 18." She pointed to Mari who is wearing a black, laced sleeve dress that makes her skin look pale and her black hair and eyes glow. She was wearing eyeliner and mascara then nothing else. Her red lips were natural. She was staring down at her fingers like a kid with a blank expression.

"I guess we should all eat?" My father asked.

"Yeah sure!" Aunt Jamie smiled and sat properly to eat her food already fixed on the plate. We all ate at peace. With the parents chatting about business, Jannah and Marce talking about cartoons, Dwayne, Miko, Derrick and Marce talking about video games across Mari and I. I saw Mari frown at her food but changed it immediately with a soft blank expression.
