Warning *there will be a few POV changes during the chapter*

(Sophies POV): I ran across the sidewalk, pouring all my strength into it. Footsteps echoed behind me. "Just stop for one minute!" Fitz shouted. I ignored him and turned to Times Square. Time Square was always busy, so it'd be easy to lose them. I swerved around people, then ducked into an alleyway. My lips felt dry, and my throat burned like as if it was on fire. The footsteps had retreated so I stopped and sunk to the floor of the alleyway. I took a deep breath in, then out, to help slow my heart rate. I felt a movement to my right. "I know you're there." I said, sighing. I turned my head to the four teens. Dex was breathing heavily. "Can you run slower next time." He said, out of breath. "Why did you follow me?" I asked, narrowing my eyes. "We're here to ask the questions, why are you in the forbidden cities?" Fitz questioned. "Wha-t?" I was so confused. "We know you're an elf." Fitz said, as if pointing the obvious. Elf? Forbidden cities? What the hell was this guy talking about!?

(Keefe's POV): I watched as her expression changed from suspicion to confusion. "Do you really not know?" I asked. "I have no idea what the heck you guys are talking about!" She shouted. "I think she really doesn't know." Dex said, taking a step forward to the girl. The girl stood up and took a step back. I held up my hand to stop Dex, then looked toward the girl. "We have proof, if you would allow us. " I insisted. I pulled out the blue leaping crystal from my other pocket. The girl's eyes immediately piqued interest. She took a step closer. "What is that." She asked. "Let me show you." I offered, holding out my hand. The girl reluctantly grasped my hand. My hands felt sweaty, and I turned my head away in embarrassment. Fitz latched on to my other hand, as Dex and Biana followed. I heard Fitz say to the girl "Close your eyes and count to three."

(Sophies POV): I closed my eyes slowly. 3, I felt a light envelop my skin. 2, my body felt like it dissolved into tiny particles. 1, my body struck back to normal like a rubber band and my feet felt solid ground. "You can open your eyes now." Fitz said in a quiet voice. My eyes widened. A beautiful castle that would have made Walt Disney throw rocks at his "magic kingdom" stood before me. Keefe grunted and I realized I was still holding onto his hand. I immediately let go as my face flushed. "Where are we?" I asked. "Eternalia." Keefe responded. "Ok...how did we get here?" I asked, confusion in my tone. "Light leaping." Fitz responded, as if it was something as simple as opening your eyes. "Thats impossible, have you ever heard of the theory of relativity?" I said, thinking I had him stumped. Fitz laughed. "Who invented that nonsense!" Nonsense!?  I thought. I wanted to tell him, that he was the nonsensical one, but his answer was so confident I couldn't possibly question it.

"How does this relate to me though?" I inquired. Keefe looked over to me, smiling. "This is the capital of the Elvin cities. You are an elf." WHAT!?
