It's already morning and Hoshina lead himself to his office, head throbbing from stress. Entering his office as he received a loaded of paperwork that he needs to do. Sighing to himself and the situation,he sits on his chair, stretching first and start to do his work

Hoshina's shoulders slumped as he stared at the mountain of paperwork on his desk. The sight only increased his stress, his head throbbing from the tension. But there was no avoiding it.

He rolled his shoulders backward, trying to loosen up and get his mind in the zone. With a deep breath, he picked up the first document, silently preparing for the tedious task ahead.

The hours seemed to blur together as he worked. The paperwork just never seemed to end, each paper containing more information that needed his attention and signoffs. With each passing hour, his shoulders grew heavier and heavier from the stress.

Occasionally, he paused, rubbing his temples, and staring into the distance, his thoughts always leading back to the mysterious activities of the MDF.

Oh right. About what happened at the cafe yesterday,he needs to inform to Ashiro. Leaving his seat without a second, heading to Ashiro's office

Hoshina's chair scraped across the floor as he hastily stood up, a determined look in his eyes. He couldn't afford to forget about yesterday's encounter at the cafe.

He walked purposefully to Ashiro's office, his mind focused on what to say. He'd have to convey the necessary information without revealing too much or sparking suspicion.

As he reached Ashiro's office, he paused outside the door, taking a moment to collect his thoughts. This conversation needed to be handled carefully.

He gave a quick knock on the door and waited for Ashiro's response.

"come in"

Her voice could be heard faintly because of the door. Opening the door and close it carefully, making sure that there's no one interrupting or stalking.

"What is it Hoshina?"
Ashiro didn't even look at him, eyes darted to the paperwork.

"Go ahead and talk, I'll listen while I'm working"

Hoshina entered and closed the door behind him, appreciating Ashiro's straightforward attitude. He leaned against the wall, watching her for a moment.

"I had an interesting encounter yesterday," he began, keeping his tone casual. "I was at a cafe, and I overheard some MDF members talking about..."

He paused, choosing his words carefully. "Something they shouldn't be talking about, especially in public."

Ashiro's attention finally on him,the mentioning of the MDF members who vanished for a few weeks made her curious.

"And what happened?"

Hoshina continued, recounting the events of the previous day. He described the conversation he eavesdropped on, the sudden appearance of Satori, and their brief exchange. He also shared the uneasy feeling he had about the whole encounter, especially the way Satori eyed him.

As he spoke, Hoshina couldn't help but feel the weight of the situation. It seemed that something larger was happening within the MDF, and Satori's involvement in it added another layer of complexity, and potential danger.

"I see"

Ashiro put her pen down.

"I think they already know that we've been investigating them"

Hoshina's shoulders tensed at her words. "They know?"

He ran a hand through his hair, a mix of annoyance and concern on his face. The situation was getting more complicated by the minute.
