Hey everyone,

I really need your support right now. 😢 I’m struggling to focus on my studies, and it’s really getting to me. Despite what my colleagues say about me being a top student, I feel like I’m just average, and it’s disheartening.

Whenever I open a book, it feels like all eyes are on me, commenting on how much I study. It makes me so self-conscious and adds to the pressure I already feel. On top of that, I’ve been sleeping excessively, like a lotttt, and it’s affecting my ability to stay focused and productive.

I’m reaching out to you all for help and advice. If any of you have ideas, tricks, or routines that could help me regain my focus and manage my sleep better, please share them with me. Your support means everything to me right now. Thank you so much, and take care, everyone. 🙏❤️
