My mom has been working a lot since we moved back. I mean she comes home but I just never see her. She's off at work or with her Boyfriend Mike. I think he's a jerk to me. On time he hit me.. well a lot of times he's hit me.I just had to say I took a hard fall on the ice. Since Noah is at school he's never home either. He wouldn't let anything happen to me. I hate being alone though, I just can't stand it. But when I do want to be alone, I have a pretty good disappearing act. So im mainly at the pond practicing, or at my 'grandpa' Hans shop. Han was like a mentor to my dad, and since my dads dad was never around Hans kind of filled that role. 

I made friends pretty quick on my team. I think that Jesse, Averman and Connie are probably my top three though. Guy absolutely hates me even more after befriending them though.. jealous much? As a team our biggest enemy are the hawks. They attempt to flirt with me all of the time. I'm cant tell if  they actually flirt because they like me or because it gets under my skin. I have noticed that it gets under Guys skin too. I don't know why but it's funny to see him get all flustered and stuff. 

My best friend Connie is like in love with Guy. I don't see what she sees but every time she comments on his stupid blonde perfect hair, or his stunning eyes, i want to hurl. I hate Guy sooo much. How could I not with all of the things he says to me? But I try to be kind and try my best not to say snide remarks for Connie. Wish he'd do the same. Guy used to be my best friend. We'd watch movies at the movie house especially the Paul Newman rerun movies. Or we'd build a fort with the help of Noah and Tommy (Thomas) and watch Karate Kid. It makes me sad that we threw away such an important friendship along with all of these memories. But who am I to care? 

Anyways today we had practice. I gathered me gear and was waiting for Averman to knock on my door, but he never did so I left without him. Once I got to the rink everyone was there but Charlie, Averman and Peter. Weird. 

"I wonder i where Averman is, he was supposed to walk here with me." I mentioned as her and Connie were lacing their skates.

"Knowing him, he's probably off doing something stupid with Charlie or Peter or something" Connie replied. 

And just like that, Charlie, Averman and Peter showed up panting and laughing. They then told us a story about dog poop. Euwwww. 

We were all just skating around. Guy winked at Connie which made me gag. He just glared at me and skated off.

"Did you see that! He winked at me!!" Connie gushed. I couldn't help but roll my eyes. And then I heard everyone start talking about a limo. I turned around and there it was. A limo driving on the ice. What prick drives a limo on the ice?

All of us made it to the limo as a guy with a very nice jacket stepped out. 

"Yo dude what's your problem? You obviously in the wrong hood. This is a drug free zone you understand?we ain't buyin nothin. Now I'm feeling generous today. So get your vanilla booty out of here before we be using your eyes as hockey pucks." Jesse spat as we all laughed around him. 

"Thanks bro"

"So the man has a brain! He speaks!" I say referring to his dumb decision to drive on the ice. The man glares at me and Guy hooks me with his hockey stick before the man continues. 

"Thanks bro." He repeated "I have to take care of business first" he said reaching in his coat pocket. OH MY HE HAS A GUN!!! was all I was able to think as I scrambled up and skated back with everyone else. But no he pulls out... a paper??

"The district five hockey team... I'm your new coach Gordon Bombay." He didn't seem to thrilled about it. I couldn't help but laugh hard infront of him as he glared daggers at me.
