ERENS POV"Mr. Jaeger, I thought we made ourselves clear on the plan..I'm afraid if you take that route, our mission would collaps-" "I know what I'm fucking doing." Eren snaps as he slams his fist onto the wooden table in front of him, nearly crushing it in half. Lucas sighed as he leaned back into his chair, refusing to argue back and forth with his boss, Eren.
He took a drag of his blunt and exhaled deeply to calm him down. "If we plan to take down Jean first, we would have a lot of people behind us. I personally want to take down Jean by myself. I don't need to make myself clear. You all should know very well Jean has lots of backup with him. It's not a smart move, but if you want to do it, then do it. Have fun getting slaughtered." Eren says as he walks out the meeting room, slamming the door behind him.
Lucas let out an irritated huff as he extinguished the blunt he'd been holding. "Why are you all staring at me for?" Lucas questioned fiercely, waving his hand around in confusion. "You are Jaegerists, right?" Lucas reassured the rows of men waiting for someone to speak on the matter.
Suddenly, a voice called out from behind. "Sir. Lucas. This is not a smart plan. Jean's reinforcements are weak! We took them out befor-" His words were cut short as Lucas spun around and fired a bullet straight at the man's head, without any hesitation.
The bullet pierced through his cranium, striking him dead. The faces of the Jaegerists were on the floor, jaws were dropped, as the only one who revolted against Lucas was striked dead before their very eyes. Blood danced on the floor while the man laid there motionless, as white as paper.
"Clean this up." Lucas ordered. "Next one of you to disagree with Eren's plans, I'll cut your heads off." Lucas declared as he slipped his gun into his pants, finally leaving the room in silence.
Sounds of Jaegerists moving their feet in a concerningly manner was faded while Lucas prompted his feet towards Eren, who stood at the balcony pondering about the mission he got himself into. Smoking another blunt as a gentle woman approached him from behind.
A shy, soft voice broke the silence. "Mr. Jaeger, your bath is ready." Eren whipped his head around, looking at the woman who stood in front of him. Eren replied with a slight nod, acknowledging her presence. In a swift motion, Eren leaned in and placed small kiss on her cheek, marking his lips as they glided on her soft skin.
A small gasp was let out by her feminine tone, while Eren seemed to not care about the effect he had on her and simply turning his gaze back to the splendid view from the balcony.
Huffing and puffing out the smoke into the cold weathered atmosphere, Eren's eyebrows began to furrow as Eren noticed the presence of the girl still behind him. "What are you still doing here? Leave." Eren declared as the women didn't seem to budge, like she was stuck in place. Eren turned around to face her, and examined her expression. Her face was stiff, and so was her body. Her body fell faced forward on Eren's body.
Eren's eyes slightly widened in shock as she stumbled forward, wondering how he could have failed to notice she'd been shot. He held a firm grip on her as he scanned around the area for a potential shooter in his house. His eyes eventually laid onto Lucas, whom has been standing in front of him for a while.
Standing in the dark, Lucas slowly lowered the gun in his hands as he was trying to catch his breath.
"You're crazy, you know that?"
Lucas rolled his eyes as he walked over to Eren. "She was a spy, Eren. I could tell by the way she was dressing. Polyester? Seriously, Jean?" Lucas scoffed as his hands found his way into his pockets. "He could've treated his crew better, don't you think?" Lucas playfully smirked.
