Ch-28

Dracie sat alone in her room, sipping on a glass of wine as she looked out the window. Her fingers drummed against the tabletop, a restless energy evident in her movements. Just then, there was a soft knock on the door, and Blake entered the room, a sly smile on his face. Blake closed the door behind him and moved further into the room. The dim glow of a single candle on the windowsill cast long shadows across the stone floor and walls. The room was sparse and cold, giving off a sense of desolation. Dracie's gaze followed Blake as he settled into a seat near her.

"Anything new?" Dracie asked, her voice dripping with arrogance as she turned to Blake. "Indeed," Blake replied, a smirk playing on his lips. He leaned back in his chair, seemingly unfazed by her tone. "I've got some interesting information from my spies." Dracie raised an eyebrow, a hint of curiosity in her eyes. "Oh? Do tell."

"Prince Yoongi's alliance is fixed" Dracie's eyes widened slightly, intrigued by the news. "Prince Yoongi, huh? I suppose that's one less headache for us."

She took another sip of her wine, the dark liquid swirling in the glass. "And what about the others? Are they still blissfully unaware of our plans?" "Indeed! They are fully consumed by their own activities that they may have forgotten about us. We can finally start our next plan" Blake spoke with a sinister smirk.

A malevolent glint shone in Dracie's eyes as she considered the prospect. "Excellent," she said, her voice low. "I was beginning to think our plans would never come to realization." She set her wine glass down and leaned forward in her chair. "Tell me, what's the next step?"

"It's the main part of our plan which can lead to the victory" Blake comes closer and whispers the plan to Dracie. Blake leans in, his voice dropping to a near whisper. "The main part of our plan...it involves the princes."

Dracie raises an eyebrow, intrigued. "Go on..." As he completed telling the plan, he again leaned back on his chair. "How is it?" Dracie smirked but then asked again, "how will you do this but?" Blake shrugged casually, a sly smile on his lips. "Oh, I'm sure you'll figure something out." Dracie rolled her eyes, not amused. "Very helpful," she muttered sarcastically. "Well, I suppose it's time to get to work." She stood up from her chair and downed the rest of her wine, setting the glass back down on the table with a thud. "Let's do it."

They both smirked. Blake went out of the room. Dracie stood by the window, her gaze fixed on some distant target. She smirked, her voice a whisper as she spoke to herself.

"I will bring you all down," she muttered darkly. "And when I do... "She trailed off, her smirk growing wider. The candlelight flickered, casting shadows across her face and lending a malevolent air to her expression.

Blake informed his spy about his next plan and smirked to himself. As Blake relayed the plan to his spy, a smirk tugged at the corners of his lips. He was satisfied with the scheme they were about to execute, and the thought of the chaos it would cause fueled his excitement.

He leaned back in his chair, crossing one leg over the other. "Make sure you carry it out perfectly," he instructed the spy, his tone firm. His spy nodded, "I won't disappoint you, but I need my share as well" Blake chuckled, having expected this response. "Of course," he replied, a sly smile on his face. "You'll get your share, don't worry."

He paused for a moment, considering the spy's request. "But remember, if anything goes wrong, you'll be the one paying the price, not me." As the spy nodded in agreement, a hint of fear flickered in his eyes. "Yes, master," he responded meekly.

Blake smirked, satisfied with the spy's obedience. "Good," he said, leaning forward in his chair. "You know what's at stake here, yes?" As the spy nodded and quickly took his leave, Blake sat back in his chair, a self-satisfied smirk on his face. "Perfect," he murmured to himself, pleased with how things were unfolding.

Dracie comes inside a room, sighing in frustration. "You said this is the main part of the plan and it will take just a few hours. It's already been 2 days and yet it's not completed!!" Blake rolled his eyes at Dracie's outburst. "Oh, relax," he said coolly, leaning back in his chair. "These things take time, you know that." She just rolled her eyes, "you know, over confidence is not good for health"

Blake chuckled, unruffled by Dracie's comment. "And paranoia isn't healthy either, yet here you are." "If you don't want me to destroy you first, better shut your mouth" Dracie said dangerously, her voice dripping with arrogance. Blake raised an eyebrow at Dracie's threat, not intimidated in the slightest. "Oh, shiver me timbers," he retorted sarcastically. "I'm so scared, your highness."

"I need it completed in 24 hours and if not, you will be the first one in the line" She left the room. Blake watched as Dracie stormed out of the room, a smirk still playing on his lips. He knew she was bluffing, but he also knew better than to underestimate her. "24 hours, huh?" he muttered to himself. "This better work...."

Dracie comes back to her room, angry, she took a glass of wine and starts drinking it. Suddenly she screamed in pain, at the realization what was inside the wine. Dracie suddenly clutched her throat, the glass falling from her hand as she doubled over in pain. She realized that there was something in the wine.

"What the..." she gasped, struggling to speak.

Blake chuckled, enjoying the fact that Dracie had unknowingly consumed the very thing she was so eagerly awaiting. He sat down beside her, the room steeped in darkness.

"I see you finally found out what was in your drink," he said, his voice dripping with amusement.

As the dim light shone, it cast an eerie glow upon Dracie's figure. Her once normal eyes now glowed a fiery red, and her hands had transformed into sharp, dangerous claws.

Blake's eyes widened and he smirked at her transformation. "I feel much better now" she said, he just smirked. Despite the unexpected transformation, Dracie seemed to revel in the change. Her voice held an air of superiority and power as she spoke to Blake.

Blake, unfazed, simply smirked in response. "I see you're enjoying this unforeseen outcome, my lady," he said with a hint of sarcasm.
