Evening time - has Gauri nearly died yet of starvation?:

It was nearly time to meet everyone on the terrace so the Sharma sisters were just getting ready upstairs.

Gauri: you know for a guy, Shivay definitely does have good taste in outfits.

She said as she admired her sister in the outfit Shivay bought for her and then picked up a makeup brush to apply blush on Anika.

Anika: are you being nice to my future husband now?

Gauri: not to his face.

Anika chuckled as Gauri finished putting blush on her and then spoke once again: when I move to Mumbai, who's going to do my makeup? No one can do makeup like you Ri.

Gauri: don't worry I'm sure your rich in-laws have some fancy makeup artists for their events. You'll be fine.

Anika rolled her eyes as Gauri finished up her makeup then the girls were finished getting ready.

Anika: I think everyone is waiting for us on the terrace, let's go.

Gauri: all I just want is to eat again. I swear when I get the chance to, I will kill Omkara.

Anika: who told you to take up this bet? No one right. You are just doing this to yourself for no reason because you have a big ego.

Gauri: no it's because your future brother-in-law is stupid!

Anika: don't call my brother-in-law stupid.

Gauri: wowji, already supporting the enemy over your blood? Don't talk to me.

She said as she walked in front of Anika and away from her. Anika chuckled as she tried to pick up the pace.

Anika: arre Gauri, wait!

The Oberois and the Sharmas were just waiting for the two sisters to come up to the terrace. The moon had yet to come and some of the women, who were fasting, were starting to feel a bit peckish now.

Ranveer: how long do these idiots take?

Manju: arre let them get ready. It's Anika's first karvachauth - let her get all dolled up. Besides Gauri must be doing her makeup still.

Ranveer: that must be the only thing Gauri is good at other than talking all day.

Dadi: with a little more encouragement, maybe she can use her makeup skills to get a job. Anyway, let's not discuss this now. There are my princesses.

Shivay and Om, who were initially engaged in a conversation, turned their heads from each other to the entrance of the terrace.

Gauri came up first - after all she did walk away from Anika in a huff - her simple yet elegant outfit reflecting her usual understated style. Following closely behind, Anika appeared in an elegant yet simple salwar kameez, a gift from Shivay that perfectly balanced her simplistic style with his luxurious taste. The outfit was a rich shade of deep blue, made from fine silk that had a subtle sheen. The kameez was adorned with minimal yet intricate gold embroidery around the neckline and cuffs, adding a touch of elegance without being overly extravagant. The salwar was a matching deep blue, comfortable and chic. Her dupatta was a sheer gold chiffon with delicate embroidery along the borders, adding a hint of sparkle to her ensemble. Anika's hair was styled in loose waves, cascading down her back. She wore delicate gold earrings and a matching bracelet, adding just the right amount of sparkle.
