RWBY The Machine War

Heading Out

The Group stared at her as Yang asked "So what's the mission your sending us on?"

"As stated before you will be sneaking towards the machine line what we dubbed (The wall), and as i said before you will be assisting my elite agent in the destruction of that wall." Rose said

"Right..so what's the Plan." Ruby asked 

Rose then signalled them to follow her as she began to move out.

They then followed her as Rose Began to explain "As i said before We will begin launching a major offensive agaisnt the machine forces attempting to make a break out this chokepoint and begin to take back territory." 

"Yeah we know that part." Qrow said with a small chuckle 

Rose then continued explaining "But the Machines, as much as it pains me to compliment them, built the wall well i will admit they built the wall very well and they have had years to build it up more and more." Rose said as they moved forward 

"Uhhh...Built it up how?"  Blake asked 

"They spent years adding more defences and guns to it." Rose said "Artillery..missiles, Machines guns, radar, AA Guns, AT guns, lasers search lights and reinforced metal to it."

This caused the Group to stare surprise as Ruby asked "And they built this....all across the Front line." 

"Yes they did." Rose said 

"Huh...yeah that sounds like a problem." Jaune said 

"It is, Any Assualt even with some of the largest weapons the URF has in its arsenal would be useless we would get completly slaughtered, their is now way we would be able to get through their without either a gap or atleast the Wall defence somewhat damaged or destroyed." Rose explained 

"And thats where come in?" Qrow asked

"Indeed...you are going to be sent back to the mainland where you will be working along side one of our greatest lone agents." Rose said "From their you will work on blowing that base sky high where we will launch an assualt." 

"Okay..will we have any support doing this?" Weiss asked

"Negative." Rose said pointing to a group of Soldiers that we're cleaning their weapons "Any weapons and troops we do have are being deployed to the Frontline for the oncoming offensive, you will be on your own during this." 

"Oh so we're going to be battling a horde of Robots by our selves with no help...how fucking fantastic." Weiss deadpanned shaking her head 

But Rose Just chuckled as she spoke saying "Don't worry the person we're placing you with has been known to do missions alone with little problems." 

"Yeah that doesn't aspire confidence if you forgive me." Weiss said 

But Rose simply chuckled as she said "Can't blame your but trust me, she knows what she is doing' she's been doing this for a long time." 

"Okay..if you say so." Ruby said 

"I wonder who's she's is." Nora said 

"I don't know but we're most likely going to find out soon." Qrow simply said 

They then continued walking through the halls from the outside. 

And as they did they looked at Pilots having some Drinks (All Water or a energy drink as they wanted to stay awake or hydrated.)

They Also saw Soldiers Cleaning their weapons for the offensive.

"So i guess lot of people are moving forward for the attack." Qrow said
