Rebels On The Run

Penny landed down still holding Pietro as she said "Good morning Mr Ironwood sir..miss Penny and Friend Ruby's Friend." 

However as she landed Velvet suddenly yelled out in a panic "ITS A BOT!!"  

This caused the rebels to raise thier weapons in response all pointing at Penny.

Penny stared surprise at the sudden raised fire arms as she stepped back still holding Peitro. 

But before anyone could shoot Oscar suddenly stepped forward saying "Wait shes on ourside." 

"BULLSHIT SHES A ROBOT!!" Velvet said 

"Shes on our side trust me she would never willingly hurt anyone." Oscar said 

"Thats what they said about the Atlas Knights...the Paladins and every other bot...and look around you..this...was thier doing." She said pointing to the destroyed wreckage that once was Remnant "They did the robots did this...and you are protecting one?"

"Im telling you Velvet..she is on our side." Oscar said 

"How can i trust you...how can i just that thing?" Velvet said While Cardin kept his machine gun close aimed right at her

"Beacuse if they were on the robots side why would they be helping save him." He said pointing to Pietro who Penny kept in a tight Grip ready to protect him 

Velvet locked eyes with the man before looking at Penny who had her blades ready for a fight to protect him. 

"She can help us." Oscar begged 

And this caused her to snarl before saying with a sigh "Stand...down." 

"What??" Cardin asked "But boss what about...." 

"STAND...DOWN!!!" She yelled annoyed 

This caused the Rebels to stop for a moment before slowly lowering thier weapons. 

Oscar then sighed before saying "Thank yo..."

 "DON'T YOU DARE!!" Velvet told him "I am thin ice with you son..and it is beacuse of you..that we lost our base...lost our most of our vehicles and equipment and the machines found us in the first place...consider it lucky i haven't told anyone..but your pushing my patience to its limit." 

Then without a second thought she continued forward the rebel forces moving behind her causing he group to quickly race after her. 

As they Ran Ironwood mumbled to Pietro and Penny "I would shut down your Aura if i was you..the Machines Track it." 

"Oh..of..of course" Peitro said as he shut off his Aura 

"Aura shutting off sir." Penny said with a smile 

"But where are we?" Pietro asked 

"We seem to be in another version Of remeneant..one that had a much worse fate then us" Winter said as she looked up to the sky." Ironwood said as the marched along the soldier 

"But how did things end up this bad..i..i.don't understand?" Pietro asked "And why do they fear machines so much?" 

"Robots caused this as far as i can tell" Winter said "Some sort of...Robot uprising happend and after years of war the world has been destroyed by the Machines."

"And we're currently stuck in the middle of it." Ironwood said with a look of worry on his face 

This caused Pietro to look down as he said "Oh...i...see." 

"But i do not sir Ironwood?" Penny asked "Why would Robots do that to people....they are meant to protect people not slaughter them."

"Times changed." One of the soldiers said "Those fuckers used to protect us...then after we killed that bitch Salem, they decided to turn on us....and...this is the result." He finished before walking off his tone Grim
