Jessica's Pov
I stood against the sink and I couldn't even look at the test. I was honestly terrified of what it would say.
I know Kayla has already looked at it and she knows what it says but she has somehow managed to keep a straight face, I swear she could keep a straight face through anything. I couldn't take it anymore I had to know.
"MY GOD WHAT DOES THE DAMN THING SAY?" I yelled not meaning to.
"Uhm you might not want to yell unless you want Soda hearing this."
"JUST TELL ME!" I yelled again this time intentionally.
"Okay. You're pregnant." She said holding up the test so I could see it with my own eyes. I slid down the wall of the bathroom, I put my head in my hands and began sobbing. I thought of all the bad things that could happen, what if Soda doesn't want it, what if Soda doesn't love me anymore most of all what if he leaves me. I can't loose Soda, I love him more than anything he is everything to me. I don't think words can describe how much I love him.
I needed a hug from Kayla but I didn't ask because I didn't have to. She sat down next to me and pulled me to her.
"Shh it's okay. Why are you crying?"
"What if Soda doesn't want it?-
W-what i-i-f h-he doesn't love me?
What if he l-leaves me?" I said in between sobs.
"He won't. Soda loves you more than life itself. He'd never leave you, I know that for a fact."
"I-I don't know how to tell him."
"Just be honest tell him, I'll be right beside you."
"Okay." I got up and I walked out of the bathroom with Kayla behind me.
I saw Soda in the back without Steve he was at the register up front. Then I looked closer at Soda and he was with a girl. I walked closer to him and I saw that it was Sandy. I stood back and watched closely so did Kayla.
I saw that they were just talking but them Soda cracked a smile, what the hell? Why is he smiling? I marched my pregnant ass right in the back where they were talking.
"UHMM HELLO BITCH! I'M JESSICA SODA'S GIRLFRIEND AND HE IS OFF FUCKING LIMITS HE DON'T FUCKIN' LOVE YOU SO GO THE FUCK AWAY."
"I'M ALLOWED WHERE I WANT BITCH, SO YOU CAN SHUT THE HELL UP I'M NOT SCARED OF YOU BECAUSE YOUR A SHEPARD. I'LL BEAT YOUR SHEPARD ASS."
"COME AT ME BITCH." I stood there as she ran towards me but Kayla gently pushed me out of the way and she got slammed into the back wall really hard, which had tools hanging from it. I know that had to hurt real bad. I watched as she took a punch to her temple, then another on to the back of her head.
It was like she wasn't even trying.
I saw that Steve was watching too,right beside me. I know he's worried because he looks it more than ever. Then I saw Kayla take her foot and kick the back of Sandy's knee's and she fell to the floor, Kayla gets in top of her and puts her knee's on Sandy's arms so she can't move. I watched as she just sat there for a minute until Sandy slammed her head into Kayla's.
"Oh you think that hurts bitch? Well it does but I like pain." Kayla said so coldy then she punched Sandy repeatedly in the jaw, I swear I heard more than one crack from that.
I wanted to do something but I didn't want get in the middle of that.
Then I saw blood coming from Sandy's mouth and nose. I nuged Steve so he would get Kayla off of Sandy before she kills her,I honestly think she will if she doesn't stop hitting her.
When I nuged Steve he rushed over to Kayla and picked her up but she broke free from his grip and kicked Sandy in the sides. Then Steve grabbed her from behind and Soda stood in front of Kayla I thought it would be over then. Instead Kayla breaks free from Steve again and pushes Soda out of the way. Then she snatched Sandy up from the ground by her shirt so fast her head jerked back, she pulled her close to her face.
"If you ever come back around here,
I'll fuckin' kill you. If you think I'm playing try me. I'm not beyond killing someone I did it once and I'll do it once again, If you even look at Jessica again I'll kill you. Stay away from me and my friends or you won't live to see another day, Do you understand?"
Sandy didn't say anything she just nodded and looked like she had seen a ghost or something.
"NOW GET THE FUCK OUT." Kayla screamed, Sandy ran out the door despite the pain she was probably in. Then Soda came up to me and wrapped his arms around me.
"You didn't have to bust in like that.
If you saw me smiling it was cause I was tellin' her about how I love you."
"I'm sorry. She really deserved that though." Soda looked at me then pressed his lips to mine and kissed me softly. After we pulled away we both looked over at Steve who was cleaning Kayla's cuts up.
I am surprised to see that there aren't any on her face, it's just on her knuckles, which were pretty bad.
I'm glad that Kayla fought for me,
I couldn't have taken that fight sure I'm a Shepard but I'm pregnant and I really need to tell Soda but I'm scared.
"Soda would you ever leave me?"
I asked looking straight into his eyes.
"Not unless you cheated on me, I won't go through that again."
"So that's the only thing?"
"Or if you lied. Why what's up?"
"I was just wondering because I don't want you to ever leave me."
"I won't baby girl. I love you. An if I'm ever gone for some reason I'll always be in your heart, and if I'm dead I'll be watching over you."
"Just don't leave me now."
"I won't."
"Good cause I have something that is yours."
"What is it?" He asked looking into my eyes with the biggest smile on his face.
"Your child. I'm pregnant."
