Taylor took one last look in the mirror, happy with her appearance. She walked out of the bathroom, quickly scanned her bedroom, grabbed her phone, and walked out of her bedroom and down the stairs.

"Hot mama!" Michael yelled from the bottom of the stairs. "Daddy! Doesn't Mommy look hot?!" Taylor looked over at the couch where Travis was sitting. She had no idea he even was there yet. Travis took up, and turned to look at Taylor as she came down the stairs.

"Absolutely gorgeous," Travis said as he watched her. She wore simple jean shorts, a blue top, and sandals.

"I didn't know you were here yet," she said to Travis, finally reaching the bottom of the stairs. She flipped her hair and walked over to him, letting him engulf her in a hug. She wrapped her arms around his neck as he kissed her cheek multiple times, making her giggle.

"Where are you guys going? Can I come?" Michael asked, knowing that they were going out together, but had no idea where.

"We're going on a date, bud. We'll take you somewhere special next week. How about that?" Travis asked the little one.

"Cool!" Michael said excitedly.

"Do you promise to be good for Honey and Bear?" Taylor asked Michael.

"Yeah! Bear said he's going to get me something to go in the backyard, but he won't tell me what." Michael revealed to his mother and father.

"He said what?" Tree asked, coming into the living room from the kitchen.

"Don't worry about it, dear," Lance told Tree, watching her dry her hands on a dishtowel.

"Lance, you're going to spoil him," Tree playfully scolded.

"It's my job as a grandparent to do so," Lance defended.

"Anything we need to know while you two are gone?" Tree asked Taylor, leaning against the doorframe between the kitchen and living room.

"Michael's therapy appointment on Skype is for 11:30. I put Skype on his iPad already and logged in, so all you have to do is answer when she calls," Taylor explained to Tree. "I think she's just going to catch up with him and let him draw. So I put a box of markers and crayons with some paper and his iPad on the kitchen table. He loved her, so you don't have to like hover around or anything while they talk." Taylor told Tree. She wanted to ensure Tree understood that Michael was fine with his therapist. He wasn't going to freeze up and not talk to her. He was very comfortable with her, and she hoped that Tree would take the hint and not stand around and make Michael nervous to say everything he needed to say.

"Sounds perfect. I'll get some things done around the house while they talk," Tree replied. "How long is his session?"

"It's about an hour, it might be shorter," Taylor answered.

"Anything else?" Lance asked.

Taylor thought for a second, "Not that I can think of."

"Perfect, you two should get going. We got this little one," Lance said, pulling Michael towards him and ruffling his hair.

"Ready?" Travis asked, holding his hand out for Taylor to grab. She nodded and took his hand.
