"So, we were thinking," Travis said, sitting down on the couch across from where Tree and Lance where sitting in the La-Z-Boy recliner, watching TV.

"You're saying we as if I had anything to do with this," Taylor replied, with a little giggle as Travis pulled her into his lap.

"You thought it would be a good idea and we're a team. We go down together," Travis told her with a laugh, kissing the top of her head.

"What are you kids up to?" Tree asked, tilting her head in a way where she could easily view the two of them. She smiled, seeing how comfortable Taylor had gotten in her own skin since she started living with them, since she had become their daughter, even though the process of it becoming official was still taking a while to finish.

"Trav found this resort in Ohio that has a huge indoor waterpark that he wants to take Michael to," Taylor explained.

"That sounds like a good time for the three of you," Lance said, confused as to why they were telling him and Tree about their vacation plans. Taylor was a grown woman and didn't neem their permission to go anywhere with her son and boyfriend.

"No, it's not for the three of us. It's for everyone. For us, you guys, Mom and Dad, Ky and Jase, Ross, and Chris might fly down and bring Chrissy so she can meet Taylor. It would be a nice family vacation before school starts, and we go back to work." Travis explained. He had looked into the resort. They had many suites that were large enough to accommodate their whole family, so no one was in separate hotel rooms. "They have these big apartment-style suites so we can all stay together in one room instead of having separate rooms. There are restaurants and an arcade, laser tag. I think it would be a good way to end the summer."

"Who is paying for all of this?" Tree asked, raising an eyebrow. Lance let out a loud laugh. He already knew that he, Tree, Donna, and Ed were going to be the ones to bare the brunt of those payments.

"If we all pitch in, it shouldn't be that much. Of course, I'll pay for Tay and Michael's portion of the trip, so you would only have to worry about yourselves," Travis told them with a smile.

"So how much would it be for each person? How many days are we staying?" Lance asked.

"I haven't thought about all of that yet," Travis replied. Taylor ran her hand over his head as he spoke, and she looked at him lovingly.

"What do you have to say about all of this, Tay?" Tree asked.

"I have nothing to say; I am here for moral support," Taylor replied, briefly glancing over at Tree.

"What you're saying is, you haven't thought this all the way through yet," Lance asked, directing his question to Travis.

"That's exactly what I'm saying. I wanted to come to you guys with the idea first. I was going to figure the rest out once we knew how many people would be included. Selena already said she doesn't want to go," Travis said.

"I'll give Ed a call, see if he and Donna would be willing to go half with us. We'll take care of the big expenses, and you kids only have to worry about the small stuff," Lance finally said after a brief moment of silence.

"I'll start looking into which days are available and how long we'll be there," Travis said, his smile growing.
