Chapter 36 - Cornered

Colet's POV

(Call on mute) "Puntahan ka daw oh, sabihin ko na address ko? Baka mamamatay tao yan Aiah ha! Safe ba yan?

"Ano kaba Colet puro ka kalokohan eh? She's not like that. I'm not ready to face her yet. I'm a mess right now.

"So pano yan? Wala kang phone at wala kang pera. How can she survive without her mobile phone and money. Siraulo din tong babaeng to eh.

"Ano pang naging silbi mo? Kaibigan moko eh kaya ikaw na muna magpakain sakin!! Alright, just tell her to come to our office tomorrow.

We were cut off by Mikha on the other line. "Hello? Are you still there?

"You can bring Aiah's stuff tomorrow sa office namin we'll be out by 5pm salamat!! I'll send you the address. Then I ended the call.

I was hesitant to ask Aiah what happened between them, she was bothered and a one hell of a mess. Hintayin ko nalang na siya ang mag open up sakin baka masabihan pa ako ng "no no pilit".

Nag shower na siya at ako naman ay nag luto na ng agahan namin.

She went out of the bathroom, nakatapis lang ng tuwalya kasi wala nga siyang dalang damit. I saw something on her neck mamula mula meron din sa may bandang dibdib.

"Hoy haliparot is that??? Yung nasa leeg mo ang dami may nakapalibot pa sa chest mo. Mag bihis ka nga muna dun, pili ka lang ng damit sa closet ko.

I sent our office address to Mikha. I'm worried sick since natatakot ako para kay Aiah, the last time she acted like this was when Jeremy ghosted her and she knew that he married another girl.

Aiah's POV

Shux, nakita ni Colet yung ginawang love bites ng babaeng yun. I panicked, hindi ko alam gagawin ko. Nagbihis nalang ako at nag iisip ng magandang excuse. WTH what would I say? Lamok? That's a very lame excuse.

I went out and saw her looking at me, ayan na naman siya sa judging look niya.

"Mag usap nga tayo Aiah ng magkaliwanagan tayo, what happened? Bakit moko binulabog ng madaling araw, you've never been like this, kahit punong puno ka ng kalokohan you're always composed and one step ahead sa mga lalaking nakakasalamuha mo sa club!!!

I can't lie to Colet's face, she knows me really well. This time I know I was cornered.

"She's a random girl I met in IAO, may nangyari samin. We met again in the club and I went home with her. Alam mo na ang kasunod. I feel so stupid, every time I'm with her she calls out another person's name. Lagi niyang hinahanap si Sam!! I did not notice that tears were running down my face.

"Oh Aiah..... Colet hugged me, she understands what I'm feeling. Hindi na siya nag tanong pa. She prepared coffee and french toast for breakfast. We had some quiet time, enjoying the food she prepared and each other's company. I waited for her since time niya na mag shower at mag bihis dahil pupunta na kami sa office. I'm just glad that I have her, silang dalawa ni Sheena.

This may sound silly, I know what I'm feeling right now is not normal. That redhead girl, kakaiba ang nararamdaman ko sa kanya kahit nung unang gabing magkasama kami, I never felt this way not even with Jeremy. It's clear how she captured my heart. Mahal ko na siya.

I know this will be difficult since she's in love with someone else and I'm just a random stranger she met at the bar. Yung simula palang namin talagang mali na.
