Chapter 44 - Love

Mikha's POV

Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. It's been 6 months since Aiah allowed me to court her. Mas lalo ko siyang nakilala dahil every weekend kami nag dedate at hatid sundo ko siya sa trabaho.

I respect her and I can wait for her hindi ko naman siya mina madali. I know for sure she's worth the wait.

It's Saturday and I asked her for dinner at a restaurant near her place. I'm at the lobby waiting for her to come down.
Aiah is gorgeous with her red satin dress. It compliments her skin tone well and her body too.

"You look good Aiah. Uhhm palagi yan ha. Sabay ko ng inabot yung flowers na dala ko.

"Nambola pa, tara na nga I'm so hungry na eh!! Thank you pala.

I'm not rushing things with her, I cherish every moment with her. Kaya ko naman hintayin ang matamis niyang "oo".

Time Skip!!

I pulled out the chair "Take a seat, love". We both got shocked sa pa lumabas sa bibig ko.

"Love?? Pahamak ka talaga Mikha Lim. Sinira mo na yung poganda points mo tonight. (Self thoughts)

"Why that face Mikhs, you always call me that when we're together..." She can't even finish it, namumula yung mukha niya. Aiah's blushing.

"I'm sorry Aiah, it slipped out of my mouth" I wish I could call you "Love" for the rest of my life (pabulong kong sinabi)

"Ano? Let's order na nga, kung ano ano na pinag sasabi mo".

A waiter came to us and took our orders. Tahimik lang si Aiah sa harapan ko. Then, I saw her looking at me sabay umiwas ng tingin. I broke off the silence and asked her about her day.

I can't stop staring at her, nag goglow kasi si Aiah. Those beautiful eyes, pag tumatawa siya ay nawawala.
Natigil ang tawanan naming dalawa ng biglang tumunog yung phone niya.

"Sorry Mikhs ha kailangan ko sagutin si Colet kasi".

"It's ok Aiah take your time"

"Excuse me lang ha, I'll be back in a bit!!

I waited for Aiah to come back kasi gusto ko sabay naming kainin yung dessert na inorder namin.
I saw her walking towards our table, tila balisa si Aiah.

"Mikhs, I'm really sorry I need to go there's an emergency. Babawi ako sayo next time. Send mo nalang sakin yung bill I'll take care of it for tonight's inconvenience pasensya kana talaga".

"Don't worry about it Aiah ako na bahala dito. Hatid na kita"

"I'll take a cab nalang Mikhs, aabalahin pa kita" I have to go na! Thank you pala sa dinner.

Then I saw her rushing outside the restaurant. Di man lang ako naka imik, aaminin ko nasaktan ako sa pag tanggi niya. "Hays Aiah, di ka abala sakin. I'm willing to accompany you. I'm worried ano bang emergency yan?

I can't think straight at this hour and I don't want to go home. Alam ko din namang di ako makakatulog thinking Aiah is out there handling things on her own when I'm supposed to be helping her.
I texted Stacey, I just need some company tonight!

"Staks, samahan mo nga ako sunduin kita sa inyo, I'll be there in 30 minutes"

"Huh? Nag skin care routine pa ako may clay mask pa yung face ko Mikhs, gosh!!

I drove off to Stacey's place wala rin naman siyang magagawa kundi samahan ako tonight!

I finally reached my destination and greeted the guard at the lobby. They already know me kaya I went straight head to the elevator pataas sa unit ni Stacey.

I rang the doorbell multiple times and still she's not opening it, ang tagal talaga ng babaeng to.

"Ano ba yan Mikhs, di makapag hintay? So what are you doing here? I know you well di ka susugod ng basta basta kung walang kang dinaramdam, so spill!!
