'for the plot in the show instead of Andy telling Jack she has to go somewhere and goes to Sullivan's she goes to Vic's place and tells her she's his safe place.' - tweaking it slightly as I don't quite remember the episode 

Why is she here? She should have just gone home. Andy steadied her hand before knocking, it seemed to take forever to open; the hinges violently squeaked something she would offer to fix later as she can be quite handy. Vic's face fell when she flung open her front door to her crying best friend stood in the rain like some kind of tragic romcom character, without a second thought she grabbed Andy by the sleeves and tugged her inside. The silence was not awkward but welcoming, Vic grabbed her a clean and dry jumper and jogging bottoms fresh from the tumble dryer. "Come on wet things off, we'll talk over tea," she gently ordered pushing her into the bathroom, at this point Andy would let anyone walk all over her.

Steaming cups of tea between them, Andy had taken her hair down to let it dry. Vic held her breath, Travis smelt queer on her from day one, she was a closeted bisexual 100% she just didn't want to advertise it. Andy on the other hand was a different story, she was just completely unlabelled, her most embarrassing hook up was with Maya when they were drunk in the academy and swore never to tell anyone. "What's going on?" Vic asked, "My dad and I had a fight, I didn't think I just ran to yours because whatever reason still unknown to me your the safest place I have," "Honoured, but what about?" "He is convinced that I slept with Sullivan," her eyes widened, "Sullivan as in Captain Sullivan, wow," she really has the most expressive eyes, "What gave him that impression?" "He found out we shared a moment in the wildfire. We were trapped on all four sides in a back garden, they had a pool. With no other option we ditched our heavy gear and jumped in just in time. He kinda held my face under water when I couldn't calm down, anyways dad found out and accused me of crapping where I eat," "Is that it?" Vic gasped, "I was expecting you to say the two of you had hooked up in the back of the engine and your dad caught you," "How is that so unbelievable?" Andy acted offended, "Because Andy my gaydar was ringing," she went flustered stuttering back, "And what gives you a leg to stand on," "Andy I'm bisexual I just don't like to advertise." She dramatically sipped her tea as if she were taking princess lessons.

Andy had to ask, "How long have you though that?" She was playing with the only jewellery she wore, her mother's mood ring, "Since you dumped Jack all those years back, myself and Travis internally cheered because he is a sissy and kinda bullied you around a little. You and Ryan had zero chemistry aside from best friend energy and I've seen you at bars checking out the girls in skimpy attire. So are you labelled?" She was hooked on the drama, "I'm not because I've internalised it over the years," "Have you ever actually been with a girl?" "Four, one in high school, two in university and one in the academy," "Guys, sexually," "Just Jack and Ryan," Andy suddenly felt really embarrassed, a flush erupted across her cheeks. "Aww you're blushing," "More embarrassed by anything else Vic, sorry," "Don't be," she giggled.

The evening seemed to last forever, the world could go on around them if they were safe in each others arms.
