I watch him intensely as he laughs with his friends, completely ignoring my gaze.

I exhale as I return to my journal.

I draw a little butterfly on the top of the page, the page that was almost filled with the Liam notes.

Except it's a new page now.

Liam notes part II!

• Goes out more often (he is very lazy.)

• Same bruise — hickey I had that Aldric gave to me?!

• Bloody hands, bruised jaw?

• Does not ask me for money anymore.

Day 2 of part II!

Liam has asked me if I have a boyfriend, I denied that and he looked relieved at the information.

Finally got his shoes that he wanted, did not ask for money, I REPEAT, did not ask for money!!!

Oh also he asked about Flora??!!!

—I will be keeping up with this!!

It has been two days and I have indeed been keeping up with it, but it's not leading anywhere.

I mean, he could've just gotten a job after all, it's the only explanation to where he is getting the money to buy these shoes.

I sigh as I shut the journal, stuffing it in my bag.

I've been waiting for customers all day, and the only ones I've got are the Fovere members.

I grab a mop and begin mopping the floor, seeing as I have nothing else to do.

I move towards the radio, putting some music on, before turning my attention back on cleaning.

The guys don't pay attention to me as I whisper the lyrics and mop around the café.

After mopping the whole place, I begin cleaning the counters and tables.

I make my way towards the boy band, "Are you guys done with the food?" I ask politely, they all say yes, I take that as a sign to grab their dishes.

They go back to their conversation as I leave and come back to grab all the dishes.

I place the dishes in the dishwasher, in an organized way.

I release a heavy sigh as I turn the dishwasher on, I have about two hours before my shift ends and I have to close the café.

I gather all my hair and put it in a low ponytail, taking out some short hair strands from the front.

I stand behind the cash register again, even though I have a feeling no one will come here so late.
