Chapter 34

Luke's POV

"L-Layah?" I asked shocked

"What? So you're not glad to see me?" She asked smiling at me. She had on pajamas; a tank top and pajama plants.

"This can't be? How are you here?" I said backing up into my wall shocked

"Long story but to make a long story short , it was meant for me to go but now I'm back" she said smiling

"You look so different, why is your hair red?" I asked finally relaxing

"That's a long story ill share with you when you wake up since you're probably wasted."

"Yea,you're right . Just let me take a shower and please dot go anywhere." I slight slurred.

I quickly took a hot shower that I never wanted to end and quickly but on my boxer without a shirt. I asked Layah could she stay in my room tonight because since I already lot her once I don't wanna lose her again. She agreed feeling the same way and hoped into bed with me and turned the tv on. We laugh and talked until we both fell asleep wrapped in each others arms the way mates are supposed to be.

Layah's POV:

Things between me and Luke were getting closer and closer. The mate bond grew stronger. Since I got back I've been getting asked questions about how I'm alive and what not. Although I left out se major details including me powers and meeting my parents again I mainly told everything . I was getting hugs everytime someone saw me. Luke started claiming me as the "Luna" of the pack but I'm sit so sure how I feel about that. I'm an alpha myself for crying out loud!

Everyone excepted me back like I was never gone in the first place . We also started back training but the only thing on my mind was the war between Nemis' rouges and the pack I came here to protect. Not only did I have to protect the pack , I have to protect myself!

We trained the pack harder than ever before and if I may say so myself they were almost as good as me. I had now been back for a week and they were treating me like I had never left at all. Though when then found out I was alive some fainted and some we're happy. But training on a regular sometimes got to be too much for me.

I wanted to get away from the pack so I went for a jog in the woods. Being in the woods kept me calm . I was drinking water by the lake when a unfamiliar sent caught my nose . I spun around but nothing was there. I went back to drinking and playing in the lake . I snapped my head up standing there in all blacks was a man with slicked back jet black hair , a black shirt,some type of dress shoes,and a jacket.

"Well, well ,well Layah how are you?"

" Who are you?"

"Me? Oh sweetheart they call me Nemis"he said smirking devilishly

"I heard your name before" I snarled

" what do you want?" I said snarling again.

"You" he simply answered.

"Too bad , I'm already taken so goodbye"

"Layah do make me hurt you" he said getting agitated.

"That just might be fun but ill kick your ass first"

"That's why I attack your pack because if I can't have you for myself nobody can" he said glaring at me

"We'll see who's the tough one when I attack your pack wether you like it or now" he added

"You're not going to touch anything that's mine"I snarled taking a step towards him

"Oh please save the anger for when you'll really need it" he laughed maliciously

"And just what the hell do you mean by that?" I asked angry stepping forward once more

"How about we make a deal your pack against mine?"

"Absolutely not! I don't associate myself with dirty rouges especially not after what happened last time" I snarled

"Well that's jut unfortunate now it's it? Besides your right you can't go against me , your pack is far to weak" he smirked at me. He was getting me angry and under anger I tend to make some very stupid decisions .

"You must be an idiot if you think that horrible little pack of yours could beat mine" I scoffed

"Well we'll just have to find that out for our selves now won't we? Oh and don't fogey about that pathetic mate of yours he damn sure cant help you. He's so weak" he smirked at me

I was getting angry and this had to stop,now!

"Don't you dare talk about Luke that way. I know he's made mistakes but mistakes could be forgiven"I said angrily

"Aww tsk tsk , so simple girl . Don't worry this isn't over Layah . Matter of fact i'll see you in about a month and oh better be ready because if I can't have you , no one will. Be prepared to fight Layah things might get bloody. And no need to wonder when I'm here or where the fighting will be because you'll know when I'm here . Trust me you'll know

" he said maliciously and in an blink of an eye was gone

What the hell just happend?! A month how. How could he only give me a month to prepare. But it's all good my pack is almost as strong as I am so there shouldn't be a problem. But I do have just one problem

How do I tell this to Luke?
