Chap:21

Luke's POV:

When I was done talking no more like apologizing to Layah I walked out the door. I can't believe I finally had the courage to confront her. Although I was terrified of talking to her I finally did. In all my eighteen years I haven't been more terrified to talk to somebody, ever. But I know that if I want her to trust me the first step is apologizing and asking for forgiveness.

I stood outside her door and sighed and I was about to walk away I heard her say something else.

It sounded like she sighed and said

"You have a lot of making up to do."

I hung my head low and I knew she was right.

"I know Layah I know " I said quietly to myself. I walked back to my office with my head hung low. I love Layah and I know what I did was wrong but if only she would see that . A tear dropped from my eye. I knew I needed to do better.

Layah's POV:

I laid on my bed for another twenty minutes staring at the ceiling and thinking about what just happend.

Was he really sorry?

Did he really want to make things right with me?

Did he really love me?

All these thoughts flooded through my head and I started to get a head ache. Finally I decided to get out of my room and get some fresh air. Still feeling a little woozy from getting up to quick and still dizzy from my minor and dull headache I got up and walked out of the room. As I opened my door and walked Dow the long and straight hallway I passed Luke's office and felt sympathetic to his needs.

Although he had a lot of making up to do he was still my mate and I still felt a bit of love for him deep down somewhere in my heart. He just has to do a lot to bring that back up.

I walked down the hall past his office and walked down the stairs and started to look for my guys. Guessing from all the commotion that I heard from the backyard I figured they were out there and headed out. I walked through the kitchen and slid open the sliding doors and saw them play fighting each other. I was about to go over but was stopped when I heard a voice calling my name . I recognized that irritating voice from anywhere.

"Layah, Layah, Layah long time no see. Aw come on I know you missed me."

I already had one problem now another .

I turned to my right and was met face to face with none other than......

😱 Who could it be??

Sorry for the long wait but if I get some likes and maybe a comment ill update more than two chapters._. Just a suggestion...

But tell me what you think about it,I know tit was short I've been very busy and distracted my mom had to have surgery but I found some time. I know I'm a day late but Happy New Year.
