Y/n's POV :

I removed his hand from my body

"What are you even talking about" I rolled my eyes

"... Guess I was just seeing things" He said as I nodded

"Bye bye then, It was fun talking to you" I said as I walked out of the room

I went to meet Sabo, it's been sooooo long till him and I have our library political talks!

Plus Ace even agreed for that trading deal so we should get back to it too!

As I was walking I saw Luffy coming from afar, he was sweating while only wearing his pants, maybe he is coming back from training

I saw him as I hid behind a wall

... I am sorry my little cute Luffy but I just feel too awkward meeting you so soon

Wait... The reason he might get ideas may be because of me pampering him like he is a little kid!

I should stop being so not on guard around him

I sighed

"Is he gone?" I muttered to myself

"Who are we hiding from?" Asked Luffy from behind my ears which made me jump

"ACK-" I punched him on his bare chest

I was in that position till I noticed how weird it was and my whole face went red and I put my hand down and just blushed embarrassed

He raised one eyebrow, putting hia face closer to mine

"Are you sick Y/n?" He asked, really worried

I shook my head no

"I am just.... I don't know" I said as he nodded

"Should I help you go back to your room?" He offered

THAT'S WORST!

"N-no need--" Till I could reject my cute little small ball of sunshine he picked me up bridal style and started walking

..... Maybe not so small anymore

"Luffyyy! You can put me downnnn!" I argued the whole way till we finally reached my room and he put me down

"Want me to help you lay in bed? You can read me some books as I fall asleep--" As he began grinning I noticed how taller he has gotten

.... Yeah now everything makes sense

... "Luffy you see" I said

"Yeah?" He looked at me with his big round eyes

"You really are one of those rare people who realllyyyy cares about me" I said

"Mhm?"

"And I never wanna lose you, you are my family..my brother...i don't think I can handle losing you...not for some war, or maybe me and Ace's divorce, or maybe for Ace's non existent lover.. Or... ANYTHING" I said, the last word with a bit more force, he looked at me for a moment expressionless before he replied

"I see!" He said

I nodded

Did he get the hint?

I hope so

I guess mine and Luffy's situation ends here... Should I had told Ace about what I had heard?
