The way back to Destiny's Bounty was awkward, to say the least, no one said a word because they had no idea where to start.

Everyone had a lot of things on their minds but not one of them knew the right way to express themselves. It was frustrating.

Even though they were all in separate vehicles, they still had access to each other by calling one another.

Nya took her Samurai suit back with no one, not like she was mad or anything, she just needed to bring it back.

Jay took his mini jet and flew to where the Bounty landed and waited for the others to catch up.

Kai and Cole took their vehicles and equally took the same amount of time getting to the Bounty, both not in the mood to race.

Zane was on his snowmobile with Lydia hanging on behind him for dear life. She was terrified and thought she would fall off in any second.

All the while Zane stayed at a slower pace than usual, being quite a few feet away from the other Ninjas, but he was alright with that.

He wanted to speak with Lydia anyway. He also had no idea which way the conversation would take. Whether she would have a good or bad reaction.

"So, Lydia..." Zane started but he didn't get far before Lydia interrupted, almost as if she knew what was going to happen.

"Oh god, please don't start!" The girl unintentionally grabbed onto the boy harder as the speed picked up.

Zane grimaced, already knowing that he picked the wrong thing to start with. "I just need to know if you're okay."

"Ugh! I'm fine!" Lydia closed her eyes tight like she usually did when she was upset.

The older of the two pressed his mouth in a thin line, he had no idea how to approach the hurting girl.

He could tell that she wasn't feeling herself based on how she was acting but he just didn't know what was causing it.

Sure, he had a few ideas but heaven knows she's a mysterious little girl.

Zane removed pressure from the gas pedal so that he could have more time with Lydia and also to make her feel more comfortable.

"When we get to the Bounty, I'll need to check on your wounds." It was worth noting that Lydia had heavy bruising around her neck.

"It doesn't even hurt! I'm fine!" She tried to argue back but it was futile in her situation.

The girl needed something that would make her realize the gravity of the situation and Garmadon was the only one that had the effect.

"Just because your father doesn't show his hurt in battle, doesn't mean he can't feel pain." Zane knew it was a risky move to bring the girl's father into the conversation but it was needed.

Lydia's eyes widened and her grip became less present. Zane instantly knew that she had actually heard him.

Her father was a weak subject to talk about, much less have someone else speak to her about him.

"I know you want to be just like him when you're older but you have to know that everyone feels pain and needs someone to check up on them."

It was silent for a few minutes, not one of them had said anything like they were both waiting for the other to speak.

Zane considered apologizing for how rude he sounded but decided against it because he knew that she needed to hear it.

"My throat feels tight and it hurts to breathe."
