NOTE: I did not have fun with this chapter :c Anyway, I won't be posting for a few weeks due to being gone for awhile! So try and savor this chapter as much as you can!!

Destiny's Bounty rocked and swayed as it flew through a fierce storm. Rain lashed against the ship's sturdy wooden hull, and lightning flashed across the darkened sky, illuminating the dense clouds for brief, ominous moments. Inside the ship, the crew moved with practiced ease, each ninja focused on their tasks despite the raging weather outside.

In the dining room, the atmosphere was tense but warm, the flickering lanterns casting soft light on the faces of Kai, Nya, and Jay. They huddled around the table, their plates mostly untouched as the storm's fury echoed around them.

Nya broke the silence, her voice thoughtful. "Why Torchfire Mountain? Why is that the place where we can destroy the Fangblades?"

Kai glanced at her, his expression serious. "Torchfire Mountain isn't just any volcano," he began, his voice steady despite the ship's constant movement. "The Fangblades aren't ordinary weapons. They're the original teeth of the Great Devourer and are almost indestructible."

Jay, who had been absently tapping his fingers on the table, looked up, his curiosity piqued. "So, what's so special about Torchfire Mountain?"

"The heat," Kai explained. "The volcano's core burns hotter than any other place in Ninjago. The only way to break down something as strong as the Fangblades is with extraordinary heat. It's the only place capable of reducing the Fangblades to nothing."

Nya nodded, understanding dawning on her. "So, it's the fire that can destroy the power of the Great Devourer before it ever has a chance to rise again."

"Exactly," Kai confirmed. "It's our only shot. Once the Fangblades are destroyed, the Devourer can never be awakened."

Jay leaned back in his chair, his usual playfulness subdued by the gravity of their mission. "No pressure, right?"

Kai managed a small smile, though his eyes remained serious. "We've got this, Jay. There's not a chance in hell that Pythor can stop us unless he can fly."

The blue Ninja simply nodded before changing the subject. "Uh, could someone pass the salt?" He asked as he tried to finish the food that was already in his mouth.

However, before anyone could answer, the bounty tilted to the right and managed to slide the salt shaker to Jay. "Hey, thanks!" Out of nowhere, the door to the dining room slid open, revealing a very sickly looking Cole.

His face was turning green and his hands were on his stomach. Everyone assumed that it was motion sickness. "God, please. No one talk about food." Cole groggily said, proving their theory. "How much longer until we get there?"

"Eh not long." Jay shrugged as he told him the near truth. "Hey Cole, you're looking a little green over there. How'd you like a mucus salt sandwich?" Knowing what Cole's reaction would be, Jay said it anyway like the asshole he was.

Cole, who tried his hardest not to puke on the deck, quickly shut the door and ran over to the side railing to throw up. Jay could hear this, and laughed his ass off.

"Speaking of green, who would've guessed that Lydia Garmadon turned out to be the Green Ninja?" He wasn't jealous of Lydia, actually, he was quite the opposite. Jay realized that he liked his element much more than... Green?

Nya scoffs and laughs before speaking. "I know. She was such a brat at first. It's hard to believe she's gonna become the greatest Ninja that ever lived." In all honesty, she was right. They didn't know how she could become the best one yet.
