~Loki's POV~

I'd be lying if seeing her dressed in a towel didn't do something for me, it had but it would have done so for any man. I just now had to live with the task of getting rid of the image from my head. Now that she was occupied I went to go and tell the guards of her room that the arrangements have changed so they are no longer needed but to also make sure that Y/n's personal maid knew where she'd be from now on, I then went back into my room. Once there I then used my ability to transport all of her things from her room into similar places in mine, I check to make sure that it worked and it did. We had a few hours before dinner so I decided to dress down into my under armour and sat with a book.

It had been an hour or so and the door opens, I glance to see her waltz out with a towel on looking more relaxed than before. She quickly moves towards the bedroom as to ensure I couldn't see her but I had, then I hear a cuss from within the room.

"Um, Loki."

"Yes?" I see a head pop around the doorway.

"Most of my clothes are here." I stand and head straight for my room where she shuffles on her feet uncomfortably, I stand in the middle of the room and look at the dressers. I move one set of clothing into another dresser before importing the last of her clothing into the empty dresser, once there I smile.

"That's a lot of green." She beelines straight over and closes the draw straight away keeping one hand on the towel, she stands with her back to it facing me.

"You could have just not looked, no need to look pervert." I look down at her finding it quite amusing before noticing her damp state, her hair hung in wet curls it made me hate her more.

"I am no pervert, I merely helped move your items. A simple thank you would have sufficed." She scowls at me.

"You get a thank you when you do it without being an ass." I quirk an eyebrow.

"Stop finding this so amusing." I smirk slightly and look her up in down to see her squirm.

"What? You trying to stand up to me in just a towel? Oh please, that is highly amusing." I drop my head low to her ear feeling her breathing get heavier.

"Dinner is soon, I'd get dressed. No one should be seeing you in a towel." I go to walk away as her voice rings out.

"You've broken that rule then haven't you." I turn back to her.

"I'm you're soon to be husband, I'm immune to that rule." With that I leave her to get changed and head back to my book.

~Reader’s POV~

I had lived through all my pants and blouses so it was time for a dress, I couldn't just never wear one not in a place like this. I had put my underwear on and went over to the wardrobe to see dresses and Loki's armour, it was odd but I flicked through the elegant dresses not liking any of them. I sit down in a robe staring at everything around me Loki's room and his stuff, nothing felt normal or at home. It was all repetitive, I didn't want to go to dinner anymore to talk to the same people and pretend it was all happy.

I got up and headed out into the living area to the desk expecting Loki to have put everything where I had, once I got to the desk I sat down pulling out my brothers book.

"You remember dinner do you not?" I see a clip and bung ny hair up.

"I do, just not hungry anymore. I'd much rather stay here." I begin working on my brothers book trying to repair it and bring any life back to it so that I'd have one thing I didn't ruin. I hear a door close and notive Loki had left to go for dinner, so I continued to mend and fix all the tattered parts of my brother's book. It wasn't so bad but I didn't want to have a completely unusable book, after a while I hear the door go and footsteps make their way closer to me and a bang on the desk is heard. I glance to the sound to see a plate of food sat there still steaming I go to thank Loki but when I turned he had retreated to the bedroom, deciding to continue what I was doing I did eat the food here and there. I found it oddly amusing he would know I'd be hungry but we knew little about one another, it had been another hour or so and I had finished with the book as well as the dinner. Being pleased with myself I put the book back and left the dirty dishes there, I stood up and realised we never discussed sleeping arrangements so I decided to just stick to the sofa to be safe.
