Wish I ran into you one night, all night
In that little town of yours
Under street lights
And bar life
And music in the old theater halls
Sometimes I wish I wasn't so cold
Wishing I was dead whenever our gazes met
Locked in another time
I wonder where you were on those cold winter nights
When I was passing through
There might not be a "next time"
So now I won't think of you.
