Riven glared down at his leg, which was refusing to work properly. It took all his strength to just move it an inch, and by the time he did it, he was already exhausted.

It's been two days. Two days since he was shot by Reagan and taken to the sanctuary. Two days since London was brought and now stuck in the sanctuary like he was.

Two days since he had the bullet removed from his spine and two days since his leg refused to work properly.

London had told him that there was a chance that his legs wouldn't work as they did before, he had told him that he had gotten lucky that it was only one of his legs and not both.

Riven guessed he should be lucky. He didn't end up paralyzed, but he was frustrated with himself.

He only had a couple of days left to get better, but two days had passed, and he was still lying in the cot with a completely useless leg.

His nerves tingled with pain every few minutes, but it was tolerable pain, at least for him.

"..stupid leg." Riven muttered under his breath, hitting his fist on his thigh repeatedly, barely feeling the pain.

Oreo lifted her head from her curled up position at the end of the cot, and she stood up. She walked over to Riven and laid on his lap.

Riven let out a small sighed, unclenching his fist, and petted Oreo, "Sorry, O."

Riven lifted his head as the door to the infirmary opened, and Bronwyn walked in,

She smiled as she spotted him, and she closed the door behind her.

He watched as she approached the cot before dropping herself on the near end, crossing her legs once she kicked off her shoes.

"Have they been starving you?" Bronwyn suddenly questioned, a concern look in her eyes as she took in Riven's pettie figure. His was skinny. He looked practically skin and bones to her,

Riven shook his head, "No. Why?" Reagan had stopped by to give him something to eat, but Riven didn't eat anything because eating didn't interested him at the moment,

He was busy trying to get himself to walk. Reagan didn't stay long since London had kicked him out of the infirmary due to his impatient behavior, and since then, Reagan hasn't been seen at all.

London didn't force him to eat or yelled at him for not doing so. He simply had told him that if he wanted strength, then he should eat and left it at that.

He only ate half the sandwich before feeling nauseous, but he felt like it was a reasonable amount of food to get his strength back.

"..no reason." Bronwyn shook her head, "so that favor.." she trailed off, a hopeful look in her eyes.

Riven sighed, gesturing for her to continue, and she smiled, "I need help looking for my dad. I know he's still alive, and I know he's looking for me, too."

"Can I ask you a serious question?" Riven suddenly asked, and Bronwyn nodded,

"Did you use to watch Scooby-Doo with your dad every morning, afternoon, night?" Riven asked, remembering Calvin had told him that he and his daughter used to watch Scooby-Doo all the time.
