The 'big' day arrived and I was about to meet with Joost and his whole team for the first time. I had gotten a few goosebumps but I have a gut feeling these are not because of the weather. I drove until a spot we all agreed it was perfect to meet at. I tried to keep myself as simple as possible, knowing I might be ignored the whole ride.
Not that it would be the first surprise I'm getting from them, but as soon as I arrived, they all welcomed me as if we'd known each other since kindergarten. Their company was lovely and all the way to Leeuwarden we talked about ourselves, mainly so that I can get to know them better. Now that was something I rarely got a chance to experience. But I was damn grateful I did.
Time flew so fast like it never did before. At this really cute and pretty fancy hotel that we booked our rooms in, I was informed that I was going to share a room with Alanis. She was the only girl with the 5 guys and mostly helped with the advertising part on social media. Soon I also realized she had a thing for Appie, so I clearly had to tease her a bit about it.
She was such a sweet roommate and an even better friend. We quickly bonded since we had a few similar aspects. We both had curly hair and shared each others routine but she also spoke Spanish and immediately switched languages. It also gave us the priority to gossip about the guys without them understanding a word. During there days, I probably had the best time of my life.

As the lights dimmed and the first notes of Joost Klein's music filled the air, I felt a rush of excitement. The crowd erupted into cheers and applause, eager to experience the magic of the Dutch artist's performance.
I positioned myself at the front of the stage, my camera ready to capture every moment of the concert. The energy in the room was palpable, with fans dancing and singing along to his truly vibey lyrics.
His presence was magnetic, drawing the audience in with his powerful voice and captivating performance. As the music swelled and pulsed through the room, I found my mind being caught up in the emotion of the concert. I felt the music deep in my soul, the lyrics resonating with me on a personal level.
But it was now all clear, it wasn't just the music that moved her. It was the way Joost moved, the intensity in his eyes as he poured his heart and soul into each song.
In that moment, everything faded away except for him and the music. It was like they were the only two people in the room, their emotions intertwining in a dance of passion and intensity.Reality came crashing back as I got remembered I had a boyfriend waiting for me back home. I shook my head, trying to clear the fog of emotions that had clouded my judgment.
