Peter gasped out loud and stood up, and only found himself back in the Hunter's Dream. He quickly stood up and looked around, and saw the Doll doing a little wave at him. Peter sighed and looked at the Doll.

"So... I died to another giant beast, didn't I?" Peter asked.

"...No... two Hunters brought you to the lamp and sent you here" The Doll answered softly, until she placed her hands together, "But that Beast... it was... very different from the Cleric Beasts"

"Yeah... I know that Vicar Amelia and Gascoigne both talked when they transformed, but they seemed... mournful and scared, but this one, it was... sadistic and bloodthirsty" Peter said thinking back to the Abhorrent Beast.

"Indeed... some Beasts can retain human form and in this case, the Abhorrent Beast is one such monster... but now you have two new allies," The Doll said thinking back to Valtr and Madaras, "They should aid you, in your travels through the Forbidden Woods"

"I hope so... if that snake... thing, has some friends of his own in the woods, I would like to have some help," Peter said, until he looked around, "Where's Gehrman... I haven't seen him in a while?"

"He is sleeping, over in the small grove by the side of Workshop" The Doll answered gesturing to a small path to the side of the Workshop where Peter had first found the sleeping Hunter.

"Thank you... I have to ask him about something" Peter said as he grabbed the Tonsil Stone, and began making his way to the path, and walked down it further as he saw Gehrman sleeping in his wheelchair, Peter raised his hand to Gehrman only to hear him say.

"Oh... Laurence... what's taking you so long... I've grown to old for this... I... am of little use now... I just want... to rest...Please, Laurence... I... just want... to rest... to put... all this behind me... " Gehrman said in his sleep as he struggled to speak until he started snoring.

Peter backed up, and watched the old man.

"Gerhman?" Peter asked testing to see if he was fake sleeping but based on the loud snoring, and the still state, and the lack of Gehrman talking in his sleep now, it seemed like he was asleep, "I'll... find Laurence, I promise, and then you can rest"

Peter turned around and began to walk away, but he heard one thing from Gehrman as he left.

"Thank... you..."

Peter smiled as he returned to the Doll who was now sitting on the wall outside the workshop who swung her mechanical legs as Peter approached her.

"Doll... do you know... what this is?" Peter asked as he revealed the Tonsil Stone, the item that was given to him by the man within the house in the Forbidden Woods.

"Thats... a Tonsil Stone..." The Doll said softly, unnerved by the stone, "It... allows one to access a land of nightmares... Whoever gave this to you, is not to be trusted"

Peter chuckled, "Yeah... I had a bad feeling about that, especially when the person who gave it to me, seemed very... off... I should head back to the Forbidden Woods"
