From The Start |Colentine|

Shes Back. /004/

Cole woke up with Clementine still sleeping on his lap, he smiled but realised he's been there for 2 hours it's currently 9am so he tries to wake up Clemmie but shes fast asleep, he doesn't wanna wake her up so he sit's for a while waiting to see if she wakes up. He simply admired her and her innocence, he could hear her faint snores and breathing, not wanting the moment to end.

He could hear someone coming down with the leaves rustling, it was Perrine and Kingsley,
"Cole we have been worried sick about you!-" Perrine said but stopped mid sentence,
"Is that the girl you like and why is she sleeping on your lap?" Perrine said teasing Cole,
"Shh, she might wake up." Cole said flustered putting his finger on his mouth since they were being so noisy.

He was sure once Clementine woke up she would be bombarded with questions, hopefully they wouldn't embarrass him. Especially in front of Clementine.

Kingsley went close to Clementine's face and tucked her hair back to look at her face,
"Shes very pretty, you have caught a good one" Kingsley smiled at Cole.
As Kingsley was looking at her she suddenly opened her eyes as Kingsley screamed,
"MY GOODNESS SHE SCARED ME" Kingsley said on his back with his hand on his chest. Perrine laughed as Cole did too,
"Hello, are you Cole's friends?" Clementine said as she sat up rubbing her eyes.
"Yes, I'm Perrine and thats Kingsley" Perrine said pointing at Kingsley who was looking at crickets from a nearby bush.
"And you are?" Perrine asked
"Clementine" She said smiling
Cole watched as they got along and smiled.
"Sorry Cole, I uh accidentally fell asleep on you I didn't get much sleep" Clementine said smiling and rubbing her neck.
"It's ok Clemmie" Cole replied smiling back. He readjusted Clementine's mask and helped her get up.

"I probably will go back home now Clemmie you can always come with." Cole said standing up and rubbing the dust off his pants, hoping she would accept the invitation.

"I mean I might aswell since Lenny probably told my parents so it doesn't really matter if I do something else wrong" Clementine said shrugging and interlocking her arm with Cole's arm and started to skip happily as Cole just blushed and walked home.
He couldn't believe a gorgeous girl like her fell for him. The blonde lark and the curly haired girl happily walked side by side,

They could hear Perrine and Kingsley talking about them, but he didn't mind much. He always knew that Perrine and Kingsley was closer and he had the vibe they would end up together one day, considering what happened with them "just" baking cupcakes the other day.

They played and sang silly songs all day. Clementine was happy since she didn't have much friends growing up, her parents always restricted her but they did loosen up after a few years. She was still confused what she was too Cole, as they have done questionable "friend" things but yet they still have no label. But just when shes happy everything comes crashing down. She heard a knock on the door, who would it be?

"Who is that?" Kingsley said hiding behind Perrine, as always, Perrine went to go and open the door, Cole was behind her and saw Lenny. Why was she here.
"Who are you?" Perrine said to Lenny
"Cole's friend." She said to Perrines face rolling her eyes.
"He never mentioned you" Perrine said to her

Cole and Clementine brought Kingsley and Perrine to a room and explained what she did.
"Thats cute she was jealous" Kingsley said in a teasing way.
"Shut up Kingsley" Cole said back.
"She sounds horrible how did her parents put up with her" Perrine said in disgust,

Lenny was getting impatient and saw Clementine at the door,
"You should be apologising" Lenny said pointing a finger at Clemmie
Cole went to the front and said in a calm tone "Please leave now Lenny we don't want you here"
"Really?" She smirked and pulled him in by his shirt and kissed him he immediately recoiled back and pushed her off,
Lenny grunted and ran home,
Clementine looked at Cole with teary eyes and stormed out in the rain with her lovely golden locks getting flattened and wet she ran off but Cole grabbed her wrist,

"Why are you getting mad you know I didn't want to go with her why don't you understand?!" Cole said shouting
Clementine became even more scared and made him let go of her wrist and she sobbed and ran out to go home,
Cole felt so guilty he knew he shouldn't of got mad and hurt her.

He went back inside and locked himself in his room, his hair wet and his eyes numb.
He heard a knock on the door.
"Cole do you want us to get Clementine to speak to you?" Perrine said in a worried tone she truly cared for her friends and loved them.
"No I'm fine I think I will sort it out.. soon. I'm gonna go rest for a bit thanks Perrine," he said in a reassuring tone, he felt tired but he couldn't sleep all he did was regret everything. You don't hurt people you love. He's never been that mad to people ever so why of all people he did it to her.
