After getting home that night I was kept under closer observation than normal. They kept me in the living room, and there were always more than three of them in the room with me.
"I'm fine, I'm not going into shock or anything." I told them in a reassuring tone as Jin set a mug of tea down on the coffee table.
"You can keep saying that, but you never know what could happen. So eat your food, and drink your tea." Yoongi said as he sat on the couch across from me.
Jin had made me some quick and simple pasta dish which sat in a bowl in front of me. I picked up the bowl and stabbed the pasta with the fork before putting the forkful in my mouth.
"Pasta is delicious." I said as I began to eat some more pasta. I got more comfortable on the couch as someone turned on the TV. They put on some random movie or something as I continued to eat my food.
Once I finished the bowl Jin took it and dropped it off in the kitchen. Hoseok had brought my blanket down from my room soon after we had gotten back, and I wrapped my blanket around me as I looked towards the windows.
The sun was rising, and a new day was beginning. "Did we ever find out if he hurt my parents or not?" I asked them as I looked back at them and they just looked at each other.
"Your parents are fine. He never hurt them. You don't need to worry about them." Hoseok said in a reassuring tone as I just nodded softly.
I yawned softly as I grabbed for my tea and took a sip. I set my cup down as I looked down at what I was wearing. I was still wearing what I had worn to the club, a T-shirt and jeans.
"I need to change before I go to bed. I'm not going to be comfortable." I told them as I got up and stretched, letting my blanket fall back onto the couch.
"Go get changed then, we'll wait here." Jin told me and I nodded before walking upstairs.
As soon as I made it into my room I stripped myself of my jeans, slipping on some shorts before taking my T-shirt off. I grabbed a tank top and slipped it on over my head, and then grabbed one of my oversized pull over hoodies.
The oversized hoodie ended right where my shorts ended, and I grabbed a hair tie before making my way back out of my room and back downstairs. I could feel seven sets of eyes on me as I made my way back downstairs.
Once I was downstairs I put my hair up in a messy bun before sitting back down on the couch. Wrapping my blanket back around me as I drank some more of my tea.
Their eyes still hadn't left me as I set my tea back down on the coffee table. "What is it now?" I asked them as they just looked at each other.
"We know you're getting more comfortable with us, but you were showing a lot of skin. Like your legs were completely bare." Jimin said and my cheeks heated up softly.
"I'm wearing shorts, they just aren't very long shorts." I told them as I yawned again and laid down. The room got darker as someone closed the blinds on the windows and I was soon left in darkness as the TV has been turned off as well.
I turned onto my side as I pulled my blanket up more. I closed my eyes and willed sleep to take me away, but nothing. Although I was tired I couldn't sleep.
I turned back onto my back and stared up at the ceiling. I sighed softly as I tried to will my mind once more to fall asleep.
After some time I gave up. "I can't sleep." I said in a small tone into the dark. I just wanted to sleep, and yet I couldn't.
The silence continued for a bit as I honestly debated if they left or not. I honestly couldn't be mad if they had, they needed sleep too and I was fine after what had happened.
