Chapter Forty Five

Even with the dreams of what was to come, life was still normal or as normal as it could being a mate to four vampires and three hybrids. 

"Addie Love, are you ready yet?" Jungkook asked as he knocked on my bedroom door. 

I stood in front of the mirror in a sweater dress, with some leggings underneath. Tonight was supposed to be a date night if you will, but I didn't have any idea where we were going. 

"Addie?" He asked me once again and I turned away from the mirror before making my way over to my bedroom door and opening the door. 

"I'm ready, sorry I was trying to figure out if I should wear this or another dress." I told him as I watched as his eyes raked over my body. The gray and white sweater dress that came to about mid thigh, and the leggings I was wearing underneath them. 

It had started to snow as of last weekend, and it was sticking to the ground. I wanted to be as warm as possible whenever leaving the house, but we'd see if that was possible in this weather. 

"You look amazing in what you're already wearing so no need to change." He told me as he looked back up into my eyes and smiled that bunny smile of his that I loved to see. 

"Alright then, let me just grab my jacket." I told him as I walked over to the closet and took out my long black wool coat, before turning back to him. 

He took my hand in his as he led me downstairs and into the living room where the rest of my mates were waiting. I still couldn't exactly get used to that word, or the fact that we were all literally bound for life now. 

"You look gorgeous Love." Hoseok said as he came up and kissed me softly on the cheek as I just smiled, before looking over at the others. All of them were wearing semi formal attire, dress shirts and dress pants. 

Taehyung took my coat out of my arms before holding it up for me. I stepped into it, although I didn't need the help before placing a soft kiss on his cheek. 

"Thank you." I told him before turning back to the others. "Shall we get going? Although I'm still not sure where we're going." I told them all as they nodded, looks of mischief shining in all of their eyes. 

"It wouldn't be a surprise if we told you where we were going." Namjoon told me as he just reached out for my hand as I placed my hand in his. 

"Very true I suppose it wouldn't." I told him as I watched Jimin hit the button to call the elevator before it was coming up to our floor. 

We all stepped into the elevator in peace, before Jin slid his key card into the elevator and it started going down. I looked down at my boots before the elevator came to a stop in the indoor parking lot. We all stepped back out before I just followed them to the SUV and Namjoon opened the front passenger door before helping me climb up into the seat. 

He closed the door behind me as Hoseok got into the driver's seat and the rest of them got into the back before Hoseok started up the vehicle and we were off. I watched out the window, as Hoseok just took my hand closest to him in his. 

We drove through the city, the dark blue of the sky as fresh snow fell making me smile softly. There wasn't anything like the night sky of winter, it got darker out quicker but it was still so beautiful. 

Hoseok pulled into a parking lot beside an art gallery, and I looked up at the small but inviting building. There was a lot of cars in the parking lot, and I could see a poster on the wall about someone's exhibit. They knew I loved art a lot. 

Yoongi opened my door and took my hand as he helped me down out of the vehicle before we all made our way to the gallery. 

As we stepped inside I could see a bunch of people walking around, drinks in hand as they all were looking around at the art. The gallery itself was super warm, and I found myself taking off my coat before we had even made it five steps inside the building. Taehyung took the coat out of my arms soon afterwards as we began to walk around the exhibit.
