What if Qibli accepted Darkstalkers' offer?

KINKAJOU

Kinkajou flapped her wings as fast as she could. The Night Kingdom was a lot further than she expected. Arghh, hurry up WINGS, YOU CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER, MOON NEEDS US, QIBLI CAN STICK A PAPAYA UP HIS SNOUT, AND WHERE IS TURTLE? She got caught off guard by that last sentence. Why am I thinking about Turtle? Was Foeslayer right? Was it perhaps... LOVE? She thought. It didn't matter. First, save the world. THEN she can sort her feelings out. Over the next several days, Kinkajou flew and rested, ate fruit, and then repeated the cycle. After a few days, she finally reached her destination. She checked her seashell.

We're at a jagged cliff close to the Ice Kingdom. Hope you're doing well. Kinkajou sighed. She landed at the Night Palace and rushed in.

"FOESLAYER? HELLOO, WHERE ARE YOU?" She screamed.
Kinkajou spotted a Nightwing servant. "OH HELLO THERE!" She waved at her. "Do you know where Foeslayer is?"

The servant blinked at her. "You mean King Darkstalker's mother?"

Kinkajou nodded her head vigorously. "Now uh, where is she?"

"Well, I'd suggest not to bother King Darkstalker and her right now. They are sort of in a um, argument."

"Uh huh OK thanks bye!" Kinkajou rushed off. There was only one place where that could have happened. The Throne Room. At the entrance to the Throne Room, two Nightwing guards with long spears were guarding the place.

"Please move!" Kinkajou asked politely.

Both guards looked at each other, and then just laughed.

"Kid, I dunno where you come from, but King Darkstalker won't be interrupted right now." The first Nightwing guard said.

"I don't care! I just need Foeslayer!" She protested.

The second guard shook his head. "Nah, we're not letting you in. Put your ear by the door. I don't think it's safe."

Kinkajou did as she was told. She strained her ears and listened. She could hear muffled shouting that sounded brutal. "Yeah, good idea."

The first guard laughed. "Look, you seem like a very entertaining dragonet. But if you will please leave-"

The door swung open.

"GET OUT MOTHER. DON'T INTERRUPTED ME AGAIN." Darkstalker bellowed.

Foeslayer got thrown out of the room by two other guards. Kinkajou rushed to help her.

"Foeslayer! There you are. Are you OK?"

"Everythingfeelssore" Foeslayer mumbled.

"Get up I need your hel- oof," Foeslayer was a lot heavier than Kinkajou. She couldn't lift her.

The two guards helped her up.

"Well, you got what you wanted, I think it's only fair that we get what WE want." The guard said.

Kinkajou looked at him questionably. "What do you mean?"

The guard pointed to his armband. "Darkstalker gave me the ability to read minds. Please save us. We hate it here."

The second guard nodded his head in agreement. HA! I KNEW DARKSTALKER WAS EVIL! She thought triumphantly.

"Can't Darkstalker read your mind?" Foeslayer asked, licking her wounds.

The guard smiled. "You have skyfire. And luckily, I am very close to you. He can't hear me."

"How come you can read MY mind?" Kinkajou asked.

"Enchanted mind reading isn't the same as regular mind reading, dear."

Kinkajou nodded. "We'll free you. The Rainforest is MUCH better than this miserable place."

The two guards chuckled. "Good luck, oh, and, by the way, here's a little secret of Darkstalkers." The second guard said.

Kinkajou leaned in.

"Darkstalker is letting that Sandwing take over half the continent. If you manage to free that Sandwing," the guard lowered his voice. "Then maybe you can... work together and free the other half."

Kinkajou burst out laughing.

"What? I thought that was a very ominous speech," the guard protested.

"Alright alright, that was pretty helpful, but I TOTALLY did NOT expect you to be all sunshine and rainbows. You look SCARY." Kinkajou giggled.

"Don't worry, I thought that was very mesmerizing," the first guard whispered to the second.

"What are you two's names?" Foeslayer asked.

"Blackout and Abyss," the first guard said. He sighed. "Ironically, my personality is more of a Rainwing name, don't you think?"

Kinkajou smiled. "Alright. I promise we'll find a way to save you guys. Some day."

The guards nodded. "Take care now,"

As Foeslayer and Kinkajou left the Night Palace, Kinkajou got straight to the point.

"We need your help. Qibli has gone INSANE and you would be MEGA helpful. Can you come? Please?"

Foeslayer hesitated. "Qibli?" She asked weakly. "He's an animus. He might be our one chance to put an end to Darkstalker."

Kinkajou shook her head. "Once Qibli gives Turtle his animus powers back, we'll have one. Right now, Qibli is PURE EVIL."

Foeslayer reluctantly agreed. "Where are we headed to?"

Kinkajou was about to answer when her seashell buzzed. She checked it.
