In a dark chamber, a defeated soul did its best to wake up. His body hurt like it hadn't in years, since those brutal training sessions that had shaped him so much. His vision was blurry, and the light from the torch was not able to fully illuminate the stone walls surrounded by moss.

Hachi squeezed his six pairs of eyes shut, and little by little consciousness returned to his dying body. She didn't know where she was, but she knew she was a prisoner, surely in some dungeon on the Green Path. Lifting her body was a torment, but her warrior spirit prevented her from staying lying down. His injured body had been treated, and now bandages covered his chest and his injured shoulder, which he couldn't move and hurt like hell. But at least she was alive, somehow.

—Look, he's waking up. Go and tell the captain. —

She could hear a voice, but her blurred vision didn't let her focus completely. From their silhouette I could tell that they were mosses, who were on the other side of some iron bars outside the cell.

The minutes passed, and little by little Hachi was recovering in silence. She could feel the other guard's gaze on her, but she didn't have the strength to make the slightest attempt to escape. Why she was locked up was a mystery, but she could assume it was up to no good. She had to find an opportunity to escape as soon as possible, even though her body probably wouldn't respond the way she wanted. Then, the prison door announced the arrival of someone else.

— I see that you manage to stand on your own. You are teca without a doubt. I grant you that. —

Hachi looked at the source of the voice, and soon saw a mossy, who showed much more experience than the rest. It was Captain Yamato himself, who did not take his defiant gaze away from the weaver.

—What will they do with me? —

—That's not something that's up to me to decide. But he will come with us. Don't try to resist. —

The mossers opened the bars, and soon several shackles were placed on their tired limbs. This was probably unnecessary, but none of them would trust their enemy, much less turn their backs on him.

Hachi had to walk on his own weak feet through the dungeons, and climb the thorny stairs even with those heavy metal shackles hanging from his arms and legs. Something cruel without a doubt for someone injured, but that was something that no one present cared in the slightest.

Finally, the winding path came to an end, and the doors opened to the outside. The central courtyard of a fortress within Ciudad Concordia, inside which thousands of troops were aiming at the prisoner with bows and spears. Their escape plans should wait much longer.

In front of her, there was a cart of prisoners, where she was forced to enter by pushing and stabbing her with a spear. His tired and battered body collapsed onto the wooden floor of the wagon, shaking from the pain and fear he was trying to control. As well as the helplessness of having lost, and that because of him, his people had been defeated.

The wagon was a closed wooden box, and only a hole in the roof the width of a pin let in some light and air. She didn't know where it was leading her, and the bumpy road made her pain more agonizing, even when she was still sitting. Her wounds were not completely healed, and a trail of blood soon stained the bandage that covered her. And finally, they reached their destination.

The carriage door flew open, and a hand yanked her out of the carriage. The sudden movement left her more disoriented than she already was, and her aching body fell to the hard floor. She was so exhausted... that even breathing was impossible.

- Get up -

He was able to listen, but not respond. With the little strength she had left, she managed to look up, only to see in front of her three imposing figures looking at her and waiting for her. On the right, Sun Quang, whose face could not show any more resentment towards the weaver. On the left, Sun Ren, who although looking at her, showed a trace of sadness in his eyes. And in the middle, Sun Ce, who remained serene and with an expressionless face.
