I hate everyone but you...

Phuwin was not an introvert despite what the MBTI that he took the first year of uni says. What the hell did Myers and Briggs know anyway? The MBTI lacks substantial reliability and validity, lacking sufficient support from scientific evidence. So despite him being classified as ISTP and people nodding their heads when they discovered this like it explains everything about him. He wasn't an introvert. He just hated people, okay, not hate, but he really didn't like being around people much.

The thing that Phuwin has realised is that with the advancement of technology, unfortunately, the intelligence of human beings was declining. Now Phuwin was no Albert Einstein or Isaac Newton, but he feels like he was one of the rare people who had common sense. For example, his best friend Joong

Phuwin truly believes that Joong might have lost a couple of braincells when he got into a relationship. Phuwin remembers having to sit through monologues of his best friend narrating a story of how he had met the most beautiful he had ever seen. At first, he thought it was just a crush, and in a weeks time, Joong would tell him about another fallen angel he had met.

Joong was a hopeless romantic, the type to fall "in love" at first sight. However, his relationships never lasted. He thinks the longest relationship Joong has had was with a guy named Nine. It lasted 3 months, and Phuwin had had the displeasure of meeting him. It wasn't because of the guy himself. It was having to witness the disgusting look in his best friend's eyes looking like a love sick fool.  A week later, Joong was heartbroken, and Phuwin had to stop playing call of duty and reluctantly comfort his friend.

So when Joong continued talking about this person for weeks only to force him, practically dragging Phuwin to meet him a month later. Phuwin had thought that the same fate was going to happen, and Joong would be dumped a week later, but surprisingly, 6 months later, they are going strong. Fortunately, Dunk was tolerable, Phuwin would dare say he considered a friend.

The thing with Dunk was that he seemed to handle all of Joong well. Joong could be a handful. The best way to describe Joong would be an overexcited puppy. One wouldn't be able to tell because, unfortunately, for Phuwin, his best friend was good-looking and pretty popular. So for years, he had to deal with ALL of Joong by himself, but now, at least, he had someone to bear the burden with him. Burden said with affection because despite not showing it or even saying it, Phuwin did love his friend.

The other thing with Dunk was that he loved gaming just as much as Phuwin, so they got to play League of legends and Call of Duty together, much to Joong's despair. Dunk was also smart, so Phuwin didn't have to bear the burden of being the only one with common sense. Or at least that's what he thought.

Now Dunk and Joong were forcing him to on a double date with them. His date was Dunk's best friend and one of Joong's friends. Did Phuwin already mention that his best friend was popular?

"Come on, Phu bear, you will have fun, trust me. Pond is such a great guy." Joong had said, trying to convince him.

"Don't call me that, and no, I have things to do." Phuwin had replied.

So Joong called for reinforcements, and unfortunately, Dunk sort of knew Phuwin's weaknesses by now, so when he promised to buy him a new skin for one of his characters, he had relented.

"Fine. But one date." Phuwin had said.

So now he was sitting with two idiots (Dunk now qualifies as an idiot because he roped him into this) and waiting to meet this guy who was apparently such an amazing guy and Phuwin was going to love him. He highly doubted that, but he needed new skin for his character, and he was already running low on his allowance.

The guy had called earlier on and informed Dunk that he would be a few minutes late because the dance practice took longer than he had expected. The guy was a dancer, so Phuwin didn't really have high expectations, but it was fortunately just one date. Anything to get that ultimate Spirit Guard Udyr skin, though.
