The Omega

Soul bonds are things that Fourth has heard of since he could comprehend spoken language. His parents were soul mates, so Fourth was a sucker for all things romance. He always imagined the day he would meet his other half, the moon to his sun, the pull to his push.

Fourth presented as an omega at the ripe age of 16. Most people present from the age of 11 so for the longest his family belived he might be a beta. Fourth was the first omega in his family, his family is known to be alphas dating back to centuries, even his twin sister Fon who presented at 12 was an Alpha.

As the only omega in the family, Fourth was doted upon. He didn't look like your typical omega, soft and dainty although he had the sort of beauty that surpassed most of the omegas combined. Or anyone for that matter.

He had an older brother, who unsurprisingly was an Alpha and also unsurprisingly very protective of him. As soon as he presented his parents pulled him out of school to home school him because the town they lived in wasn't known for it's diversity mostly alphas and betas resided in that part of town. Omegas were rare in general in Thailand.

He was still allowed to participate in a lot of activities outside school such as Muay Thai and Taekwando which he was insanely good at. Although he had to drag his older brother, Mark and cousin Satang , a beta to most of his matches or practices.  He was obviously heavily scented whenever leaving the house either by his mother or twin sister sometimes by his brother or father.

Fourth got so heavily scented that most people would mistake him for an Alpha. The only time he could actually smell his natural scent was during his heat cycles.

So Fourth didn't have much experience with other omegas and didn't know if they were heavily doted upon as he was but he was excited to find out. Because for the first time ever in almost 3 years Fourth had convinced his parents to allow him to go to Chulalongkorn university, one of the most prestigious universities in Thailand to pursue a career in criminal law.

His parents agreed under the terms that he would reside with his older brother and twin sister. So his dream of living in a dorm was crushed but he was going to make the best of this situation, at least now he would get the freedom to make friends and even attend parties and social gatherings.

So after being heavily scented, by probably everyone in his family. Fourth and his two siblings flew off to Bangkok.

At the airport Fourth was attacked with all kinds of scents varying from sweet to repulsive. He assumed the repulsive scents were from some of the other alphas. It seemed his assumptions were right when his brother lifted his wrist to scent him some more.

"Hia!" Fourth whined only for Fon to scent him on the other wrist. Ugh alphas!

Their apartment was spacious and fully furnished. It was beautiful and had a balcony overlooking the city. Fourth got the bigger room from the usage of good old puppy eyes. Okay maybe a little bit of his pheromones was involved in the convincing part but all is fair in war.

The next day Fourth woke up extra early to cook breakfast for his favorite siblings also because he was too excited to sleep.

"Mmmmmh smells delicious! Thank you Fotfot." Mark said as he ruffled his hair.

"Here I made you coffee." Fourth said sliding a cup of coffee over to his brother. Fourth didn't drink coffee, never got the appeal to that bitter beverage but it made his brother happy so it was a whatever situation. Also he needed to bribe his brother to leave him alone to venture off into the world.

"Why are you bribing us? You already got the bigger room." Fon asked, eyes narrowed at Fourth in suspicion.

"Ai' Fon! Can't I just be nice to my favourite siblings." Fourth feigned innocence as he passed his twin sister the hot bitter beverage that is coffee.
