Chameleon
This is going to be a good day.
Regardless of the fight I had with Reina this morning over her forcing me to wear some colorful e-girl type clothing and the fact she decided it was be cute to take pictures of me while crying at me growing up too fast, today was going to be a good one.
“My return is causing so much trouble, maybe I should have just stayed on the other side of the world”
My smile faded walking into the classroom to see the familiar face of…
“Hell no.”
Actually… today was going to be literal hell.
“Y/n, wait a second.” Adrien practically pleads standing up in this seat right besides Lila.
She looked between us confused.
“No sir. Nope. Today is not the day.”
Marin somehow made his way behind me, one hand on my hand and another on my waist to keep me from leaving.
I will not deal with this trifling girl.
Everything that happens with her around is always intensified.
I can't do it!
I'll break down faster than McDonald's ice cream machine.
“We're sitting together today, that's good. Right?” Marin coos guiding me to the top left desk.
Together?
Marin and I?
Sure, better than being forced to sit alone. Plus this guy knows how to calm me down and make me like sillyputty.
“Right…”
_________
“Its impossible to not love them.” I mutter trailing behind Alya and Nino in the lunch line.
I have no reason to be in the line since like always, Marin packed me a delicious lunch. I'm just here to conversate.
“Girl please, are you still going on about that kiss?”
“Who wouldn't be? I mean It look” Alya elbowed her boyfriend, “Sounds… uhh… spectacular.”
The brunette sighs, “I still think her and Marin are cuter together.”
Ah yes, no matter what I say she will always be stuck in her Wingeoman ways.
Nino frowns, “No. Adrien and her is better.”
“They friends. They friends!” I hiss only having my attention being drawn back to the food in the line as people grabbed different foods.
“That's for you, Lila!” “Here's your appetizer, Lila!” “And I've got your main course!” “I'll fetch your dessert!”
Ugh.
The liar leans back on her chair, “I'm sorry I can't carry my own tray. It's almost impossible with this sprained wrist.”
Kim reaches for a plate between Alya and I, “Sorry.”
Groaning, I pushed away from the line watching the last desert tray get taken.
“I don't get it, Y/n. You don't even know Lila. Why all the hate?”
My fingers latch onto her and Nino's wrists dragging them over to the separate table Marin chose away from the others.
“Tell them why!”
