As we are walking down to our destination, which is apparently called "Lumike" so that's a fancy name for a city I've learnt. We continue to walk down the path until we meet a large field. I pauses and look around 'thus us the right way?' I ask, a hint of doubt in my voice. 'I shouldn't be feeling doubtful, considering this is their world and they know the way around but I can't help myself.'
Cyrus nods 'yeah this is the right way.' he says. He removes his arm from around my shoulder and instead holds my hand, like he doesn't want me wondering off 'why does that make my heart tingle..?' he starts to walk behind Haruko and Navie and I follow behind. I look around as we walk, it's a large clearing, with weeping willow trees all around, shading us from the sun. It's quite peaceful here, not like the places in Libertad. We continue to walk, until I hear rustling in the bushes and I stop. Cyrus notices I've stopped and also stops 'you alright?' he asks. I nod and look over to the bushes I heard the rustling. 'yeah, just heard something..' I say. He nods and looks over to the bush before tugging on my hand 'C'mon...lets continue walking.' he says. I nod and start to walk again. I can tell he has a bad feeling of the rustling but I don't understand why, it could have been a animal? Or even my imagination. But I don't question it for now. I noticed Navie and Haruko have stopped walking and are looking around, like they are all in high alert. Cyrus and I catch up to them 'Are you both okay?' I ask. Haruko looks at me and nods 'yeah, I just think someone else is here.' he says, a hint of anxiety in his voice like he knows who's here?... Cyrus and Navie also have the same reaction. 'lets just get out of here quickly.' Navie says. Me, Cyrus and haruko nod in agreement and start to pick up the pace. We leave the clearing and we all stop walking, I take this as a good time to ask 'so..what do you all think was there?' I ask as I tilt my head in curiosity. Cyrus pauses before he sighs and stands back up fully and gently squeezes my hand. 'just...some people who may or may not want to spy on us..' he responds and I immediately get concerned but also even more confused. 'who on gods green earth would want to spy on you all?' I ask. Cyrus pauses and looks at Haruko, I see Haruko take a deep breath before speaking 'The Alline send out spies to keep an eye on rebels.'he says. rebels? 'and...I presume we are some of those rebels? Considering we are trying to stop them' I ask, dreading the worst. Haruko nods 'yes... I believe so.' that makes sense why they wanted to get out so fast.. I nod 'we should keep moving then. They'll probably be on our asses for a while. Knowing them' I suggest. They all nod and we start to walk again. I only remember then that it's a four hour walk....and that it hasn't even been an hour oh so god help me.
