'here let's take a break.' I suggest. We've been walking for two hours and needless to say, we are all getting pretty tired. Haruko immediately nods and we all sit down. Aiden sits down on the grass and lays flat on his back, I lay beside him and do the same, while Navie and Haruko just sit down on a rock. Aiden sits up and leans on his arms to keep himself sitting up. 'how much longer do we have to walk?' he asks. Navie hums in thought. 'probably another two hours, depending on the weather I guess.' he sighs and lays back down. 'so god help me-' he mutters and I chuckle quietly. 'not a fan of long walks?' I ask him. He snickers 'nah not really, tho I thought I hid it well, goddamn.' he says sarcastically. Me, Navie and Haruko chuckle slightly. 'i like this short, sassy gremlin.' Haruko speaks up and I snicker quietly. Aiden hums slightly 'now is that an insult or a compliment?' he asks, still in a sarcastic tone. 'its the truth.' Haruko responds. Aiden chuckles. 'good enough for me.' navie smiles 'in all seriousness tho, your personality is very nice, it's like a breath of fresh air to the people here, most of them have their heads so far up their asses that you can't have a real conversation with them most of the time' she says with a chuckle. It's true, most people in Glashel are so narcissistic that you can't have a conversation with them unless you bring up their appearance. Aiden chuckles. 'damn really? Libertad is hella different.' he says. I tilt my head slightly and sit up. 'how so?' I ask. Aiden smiles and hums slightly. 'well everyone there is very sarcastic, they don't really take things seriously. And they are also very blunt, I've been called names cause of how blunt people can be' he says with a chuckle. I snicker quietly 'damn- they are very different, huh.' Aiden smiles and nods and also sits up. 'guess so.' he hums slightly before taking off his jumper and just leaves him on a T-shirt. That's when I noticed he has scars on his arms and I get a bit concerned. I sit up fully and grab his arm gently and look at his scars. 'where are all these from?' I ask. I can tell some are old, and some are newer.' he suddenly tenses up and seems like he's trying to come up with an excuse but before he can, I speak again 'be honest, Aiden.' I say. I notice he seems to tense up more maybe I shouldn't have asked.. I think to myself. 'i-nothing, it's nothing. Just fell a few times and left these' he says with a nervous chuckle. 'heavens he's a bad liar' I think to myself but I just drop his arm and choose not to pry. 'okay..' I say. He knows I don't believe him but he's grateful I don't pry, I can tell by the look on his face. I know where he got them, I can tell by how they are cut...

He did it to himself... But why did he do it?
