'Haruko, you missed the damn target... Again!' I look at him and he sheepishly smiles and scratches the back of his head 'heh..might have missed it by a tad?..' me and my childhood friend, Navie are trying to teach our other friend Haruko archery. Since he insisted on learning it. 'A tiny bit? Haru you didn't even hit the target!' Navie points out. Haruko chuckles nervously 'heh...' I sigh and shake my head but before any of us can respond, we hear a loud crash from behind us. I spin around to look at what made the noise and I'm met with...a boy? He seems very confused, like very confused. He quickly stands up and dusts his clothes off and I can get a better look at him now. He seems tall, with chestnut brown hair and blue eyes with a fair kind of skin color. 'who...is that?' Navie mutters to herself with the same bewildered look on her face as me and Haruko.
The boy turns around and sees us and he starts to speak quickly and with panic in his tone 'hi there! Uh- have you seen two others around here? A boy and a girl. They look like me, the boy is quite shorter but the girl is the same height' Haruko gestures for them to slow down. 'hold on there, buddy. Firstly, what's your name?' he asked calmly. The boy nods 'my name's Andy, Andy whitlock.' I nod and open my mouth to speak but we hear another loud crash and we quickly look to see what it is. I see two others there...a boy and a girl. 'this is it, I've gone absolutely insane.' I think to myself. The boy quickly stands up and looks around before his eyes land on Andy and he seems relieved but looks back at us with a panicked look but is hiding it, pretty well. The girl also stands up and hides behind the boy which is amusing to watch since the girl is noticeably taller. Out of the corner of my eye I can see a look of relief wash Andy's face. 'these are the people you were looking for?' I ask him. He nods 'yes' he responds. 'these are my siblings. The boy is Aiden and the girl is Amelia.' I look back at them and notice Amelia still hiding behind Aiden. My eyes linger on Aiden for a noticeable while longer 'damn...he's kinda cute' I think to myself before I shake my head quickly. 'so uh- where did you all come from?' Navie asks. I can see the clogs turning in Aiden's head before he speaks up 'well we are from Libertad and-' he gets interrupted by Haruko gasping 'Libertad? Like... The same place the Alline are based in?' Aiden looks bewildered but nods. 'yes there.. the Alline are the protectors of libertad.' he responds. Haruko widens his eyes and his mouth goes slightly agape 'so..the Alline... As in the same people in charge of the exterminations?' I pause in shock and Navie widens her eyes in realization-while Aiden, Amelia, and Andy look confused. Aiden tilts his head slightly in confusion 'exterminations?.. what are those?' he asks.
