POV Illumi

Illumi was out and walking through the streets, feeling quite irritated about the situation with Killua and Alluka. Illumi himself had not attended the Hunter Association meeting and wasn't interested in it. He had other plans. All he wanted was Alluka—actually, more specifically, Nanika. To Illumi, Alluka was merely a worthless packaging that needed to be unwrapped to get to the valuable thing inside.

Illumi knew it wouldn't be easy to find Alluka. The only information he had was that she was at a school, thanks to Illumi's new spy. Additionally, Illumi had a meeting with Hisoka, but he had time to think over the situation. The biggest problem was actually Killua. Illumi couldn't understand why Killua cared about Alluka. To him, Alluka was like a weak, childish burden with no potential. Nanika, however, could prove to be quite useful.

Illumi met with Hisoka, and they sat on a bench in the park, which was deserted, making it an ideal location for their conversation.

"So, Illumi, what's this about?" Hisoka asked playfully.

Illumi replied, "Well, it's about Alluka—or rather, this other entity, Nanika. She's the one I want to obtain. However, there are obstacles in my way, like Killua and Canary. Canary has resigned, which is quite foolish. But I have a new spy. The good thing is, she likes him. They're even together now. I've threatened him to keep sending me pictures and information about Alluka's whereabouts, or if he tells anyone else, he'll die." Illumi stated this as usual, without any emotion.

"You really enjoy having spies, don't you?" Hisoka said, still in his playful tone.

"Yes," Illumi replied. "They are indeed very useful. But let's get to the point where you come in. First, will you help me?"

"Of course, why wouldn't I help my friend?" Hisoka answered, with a hint of amusement. Illumi didn't like being called Hisoka's friend, but he chose to ignore it.

"Alright, go to the school where Alluka is. I'll send you the location. You need to threaten the principal into arranging a field trip. Since Alluka and Canary have moved and are now farther from the Zoldyck mansion, have them go to this large house where field trips are held. Once you've done that, incapacitate everyone and bring me Alluka. I'll take care of the rest." Illumi said, pulling out his phone to send Hisoka the address of the school and the location where he needed to force the teacher to take the students.

POV Hunter Association

Gon and Killua had just signed the document acknowledging that they wouldn't file any complaints or lawsuits if something happened. Pariston had been watching them closely and reminded them that they would need to come back tomorrow. Once the paperwork was completed, Pariston let them go.

As they walked out of the building, neither of them made eye contact with the Hunters around them. Killua avoided looking at Gon entirely, while Gon glanced at Killua from behind. Killua didn't notice Gon's stare, and Gon, though briefly affected by it, decided he wanted no further interaction with Killua, even though he recognized his own overreaction earlier. He found it odd that he had reacted so strongly and felt that he should simply accept Killua's help if needed.

Lost in thought about his conversation with Leorio, Gon pondered what Killua had done for him. He tried to push those thoughts aside, wanting to forget about them altogether. However, his reflections were interrupted when he felt a tap on his back. He turned around to find the doctor who had examined Killua's abdomen.

Doctor: "Hello, Gon. Since our screens were, well, damaged—though that's not a big issue—I'm more concerned about your friend. I have a medication for him." The doctor handed Gon a package of syringes.
