Gon placed his hand on Killua's stomach, actually on his shirt, to see if the wound was fresh. When he touched it, he felt that the blood was warm. He then examined the wound, and it looked really bad—completely bloody, and for some reason, the blood was somewhat black.

"Killua, how did this happen? I mean," Gon said, not knowing how to finish his sentence. He took Killua's hand, trying to help him stand, but he didn't.

"Leave me the hell alone!" Killua almost shouted. Gon didn't know what to say, but then suddenly a door opened, and a woman in a doctor's coat stood there.

Doctor: "Oh, what's going on here?"

Gon had no idea what she was doing there, but then she began to examine Killua and approached him to inspect his wound. Killua didn't resist and let her proceed. Gon watched a bit as the woman said the wound was really bad, so she took Killua to a medical room. The three of them walked there, and Gon still looked at Killua with a sad expression.

When they arrived, she asked Killua to lie down so she could examine the wound. She called two other doctors to come and examine it as well. Since Gon was just in the way, they asked him to wait outside the door. Gon had no choice and waited outside the door, sitting sadly on the floor.

It took almost an hour for them to finish. The meeting was still not over, but Gon was then allowed to come in. He stood there and saw Killua lying down, asleep for whatever reason. Gon looked at his stomach, which was now bandaged, but his shirt was still covered in blood. The doctors put the shirt in the washing machine that was in the medical room.

"How is Killua?" Gon asked one of the doctors worriedly. All of them were oddly very busy. One of them approached Gon with a concerned look.

"Boy, I believe your friend has something in his body that isn't quite normal," said the doctor. Gon didn't know what they meant; he only knew that Killua might be capable of things like sharpening his nails, but nothing else.

"What do you mean?" asked Gon.

Doctor: "Well, there is a type of virus in his body. We've never seen such a virus in anyone, not even in a child. Viruses are known to change the body, which can lead to death, but this virus is completely different. Do you know about this virus?"

Gon shook his head. The two of them had never talked about a virus when they were together, or perhaps parasites.

Another doctor came in and said that it wasn't an ordinary virus like the coronavirus (as an example, not to offend anyone) but a type that couldn't spread. You could also call it a sort of viral parasite. It is with a lot of volts (volts = electricity) in him, a dozen more than a million. A human body can never withstand that.

Gon was breathless as he heard all this. "Killua can't die from this, right?" asked Gon, panicked.

The doctor said that there were no major signs that the body was severely damaged; it just had failures when the body was fully electrified or under stress. Gon looked at the giant screen that was there.

"What do these two red points in Killua's body mean?" Gon asked

"What do these two red points in Killua's body mean?" Gon asked.

The doctor said that the red points are where the virus connects and resides the most in Killua's body, and they are related to stress and electricity.

"Boy, since you're his friend, you should watch over him when he gets angry or stressed or anything like that. Please calm him down, because if you don't, he might lose control and the electricity in him could be released. I can't believe it, but I'm sure that your friend's electricity is his own technique, which is why he doesn't die from it. I have no idea how a child had to train so hard to do that. It's something special. But listen, the graphic shows that the stress point on his head indicates how much stress he's currently under, and the one on his chest shows the electricity in his body. When he is stressed, both the red point on his head and on his chest will grow bigger," said the doctor.

For Gon, this was a lot to take in. He could hardly listen, understanding only stress and electricity. But he had seen how quickly the electricity could increase when Killua was stressed, so he knew he had to watch out for the stress points that could burden him.

Depending on the situation, it looks different. It's just hard to tell when Killua is stressed because he only shows a poker face. Gon went back to Killua and saw him waking up. The first thought that came to Gon's mind was to apologize.
